This was rather short and mostly G Label stuff. I honestly thought she was able to keep that pink Ralph Lauren dress when she won the Oscars. Like her father purchased it for her after she won or something. I really wanted to see more of her 90's stuff. Damn, they are well maintained and didn't have any wear and tear signs. :P
I think she said her father purchased the diamond earrings she was wearing that night, not the dress!

Diana and CB, thank you for clarifying that. I thought it was the dress. Still, I wish she could've kept that iconic dress. She showed us a dress of hers she wore to an Oscar event, that's why my mind went, where's the pink dress she won the Oscars in? :D

I hope she also has that gorgeous, deep plunge back dark green crushed velvet dress (I think it was a Donna Karan?) from Great Expectations. The scene in the rain, kissing Ethan Hawke (Finn)! That movie is a fave for how visually beautiful it is. 💖💖💖 The wardrobe was also spectacular.
Same for me, saw that movie as a teen in theaters and truly the thematic green wardrobe remains one of my faves to this day
@@hellobecky84 The director, Alfonso Cuaron, deliberately created a green colored atmosphere for the film. Green just happens to be my favorite color, so I love that so much. 🥰
Agreed, that was epic! I’d argue that it inspired the equally renowned green dress Keira Knightley wore in ‘Atonement’ in the following decade

Ok Gwyneth shows one designer dress and then holds up one dress from her own label. And then one designer dress, and back to show her own label again.. A very clever promotion of her clothing brand. But a little too predictable to my taste. Also, as cute as the stuff from her own label is... it can't be compared to Gucci or Prada. Especially when we look at the catalogue slides she shows in between. Com'on, dear G. you're better then this ! You thanked us for stopping by lol - you should have thanked us for sitting trough your commercial.
Loved the vintage Christian Dior and the Gucci for Tom Ford suit.
