- Our little Chewy haul! Nothing major, but still fun to film because Charlie boy here LOVES to go through boxes of any kind! Please note, proper nutrition is always priority for my babies! Only Sir William is still eating seeds (and of course fresh fruit and veggies). ALL of my other birds are on a pelleted and fresh food diet. The contents of our Chewy box do not reflect their daily food intake.
If you would like to donate to my parrot's, you can do so via PayPal by sending to : MizzysParrots@gmail.com. Any and all donations will go towards future food, toys, and treats for my parrots.

Hello and welcome! Charlie is a Blue Headed Pionus
Cool
Your parrots all have their feathers on, not like many parrots from other people from youtube, whos birds took out their feathers, becoming bald because of stress and psychic problems.
This means that you handle your parrots right and they love you.
Thank you for that wonderful comment and you are 100% correct. A long time ago, I rescued a bird named Boss. He was so malnourished and so stressed out that he had no feathers on his neck and his previous owner said he wasn't able to grow them back. Well I took care of him for a full year and by the end of that year he had grown them back. All it took was love and a diet change. ❤ after I nursed him back to heath I gave him to a friend who owns a farm and has many animals because Boss was super social and I feel he needed that sort of atmosphere. He's still alive and well. And from what I hear he helps take care of horses now!
