Tom, the farm is like night and day from when I first started viewing to today!! It’s a monumental achievement and it’s a credit to you. It frustrates me when you hear people saying farmers don’t care about there livestock. The shed was a cowlosium of cow comfort, now the dairy is the same. I love how you channelled your inner Ma Pemberton “ get them dirty boots off “ but you showcasing the best of British farming and the companies that supply and advise them!! Massive well done!! Just operation calf shed and clamp roof then you can put your feet up and run round after the little nipper when he or she arrives 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@@cindyrissal3628 I am a dairy farmer right soo on a dairy farm in the eu calves are born stay with there mother for 2-3 days then they are separated and put with other calves where the are reared(male or female) on a beef farm calves stay with there mothers until they are old enough to be weaned of the Milk (male or female)

Tom i just wanted to say you've done your family proud. It's been a pleasure watching you upgrade your family farm. I can't believe i saw your Dad hop scotching lol. He looks very happy and healthy. I'm sure he is loving seeing his farm get upgraded and watching his Son play such a big part of it. I know there are many family members in the business along with employees. All who work hard and are never seen. Congrats to All!!!

If you want to remove the flicker of the lights you need to change the frame rate on your recording device.
Tomy boy.. I have just an idea for you whey you will be making a viewing area. You should tear down the show room and green sheed and make one roof togather with the silos clamp.. then make a road around the clamp so you go in with a tractor where the green sheed is. make a viewing area on the 2 flow, and you can put more cows in the sheed. Maybe dry cows and use orther sheed for live stock. just an idea, like if you agree
Can I suggest that you put a wall mounted power washer into your parlour, I got advised to do this and it was excellent advice

the led lights are flickering because leds are really fast strobe lights. their strobe is matching the frame rate of your go pro. the go pro allows you to change the frame rate so it will no longer match the leds strobe affect. changing the frame rate is far cheaper than buying new leds for the whole parlor. love thae channel dude keep it up.

Hey Tom. FairPlay the parlour is looking class. On your angled wall I would suggest putting a sheet of stainless on it we had the same type wall on entry and we found the cows stalling to rub on it..

You’ve brought your parlor into 2023. Your love of the livestock all over your farm is evident in every video. I’ve learned a ton in the last 3 years.

If you cable tie the top of the sprayer coils to a bar then you won’t be pulling on the joint and causing them to leak or worse part as they are right pain when they do. Been watching your channel now 3 years. I’m a hooftrimmer so say hi to Ross if he still comes to you!
Check your go pro settings. You should be able to eliminate the flickering using anti flickering on newer ones or changing video format from NTSC to PAL and adjusting frame rate to 25 from 50.

Are you not worried about dirt/bacteria living between the mats and the concrete? Ive used lighter versions of these before and they move a lot on concrete, even in big sheets. Mine arent as thick as yohrs though so could well be different

Learned a lot of things I didn’t know such as testing of milk, not using milk from a cow that calved and how you use the milk that you can’t use for human consumption. Awesome milking equipment and all it offers. Wow, can hardly wait to see it all in operation. Love seeing your dad hopscotching! The kid in us never leaves. Lol. ❤❤
