This song, to me, is a perfect balance between their old and new sound. Love it. Can't wait to hear whats next.
Fun Fact : they don’t use or have a bassist, all of their “bass tones” are from their 8 string guitars

@@mrmacneil they record bass on all their albums, as far as i'm aware, the first album was just guitar pitched down an octave and they hated it but it provided low end hahaha misha's janky solution when he co produced. Idk if it's programmed but there is bass on most if not all the albums
@@mrmacneil i can't hear bass for the entirety of the song but the part at 4:39 has the nolly type sound under it

Animals As Leaders is a type of band where I have to be in a special type of mood to listen to, but man they are so freaking talented it's mind blowing.

Love your content guys! As someone that's been to an AAL concert I can say I've had a lot of trouble trying to headbang to just one of the 10 rhythms playing simultaneously.

It is amazing, love this band, the fact they have no bassist just makes it way more impressive, definitely NOT Tool though, I don't agree with that at all, more like softer Mushuggah
