- Minimal approach to a kit box. All this stuff is the bare essentials of what I need to put on my kit and go shoot. This wasn’t put together as a survival kit or a sustainment kit. All that is in a different box. Thanks for watching.
Consider sleep system, knee pads, extra socks/clothing, food and water, helmet, chest rig (not every mission calls for a plate carrier), spare rifle or parts..water filtration, fire etc. If God-forbid the need arose then it would be a “hurry up and wait” kind of thing. You will need to sustain yourself in the field.
Great comment. I’ll take all those ideas into considerations. Thank you
Крутой бокс и отличный набор в нём 👍🏻👍🏻🦅🌻☀️
No dinner inside here
I keep a ballistic helmet, hydration pack, and baton in addition. Great load out. I do keep my ammo in the safe however. Got to go there for my carbine anyway 😊
Working on a helmet right now.
I never thought about a baton. Good idea.
Well done.. good vid thank you!
yippeee
I went to academy and messed around with those plano boxes. They seemed super cheap and flimsy. How has your experience been?
1) so far, so good. It’s been a good purchase for me and what I’m using it for.
2) I agree, it is the cheaper option and I don’t think it would last long in hard use.
3) it stays packed in the garage, trunk of car, bed of truck, or on a shelf so not a lot of direct sunlight. It rides in the back of the truck for a long weekend at most.
4) the pro’s are the cost and so far, it was been water tight. It’s been in few rain storms in the bed of a truck with no leaks.
5) the con’s…. Biggest con for me is the four closing clamps. I would prefer two closing clamps with a hing.
only thing im seeing thats vital and missing(before a helmet) is water. even a simple ass bottle to throw in the back pocket.
Yes. Need a helmet. When it comes to water, I keep all other supplies in a different tote. Water, food, change of cloths….. i live in a warm weather climate and don’t want to leave water or food in a tote that stays in the garage or a vehicle. Some day I’ll do a video on the sustainment tote
I would add an Assualt pack with water bladder .
Cool vid thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
Great set up dude
Thanks man. It’s my minimal approach to gear. I need a helmet and I’m working towards that.
I am just curious I found a plate hanging in a tree it had been shot 2 or 3 times but no deformities I got it cleaned it up peeled off the antispalding stuff and sprayed it with flex seal now for my question as I know not much about body armor do you wear a plate in front and in back? Because this thing is kinda heavy.
Put that plate back where you found it. It will do you more harm than good.
Only by body armors from reputable manufacturers/companies that deal with body armor. Never buy steel plates and
Yes, I have front and back plates. No they are not steel plates. I own E Sapi plates which are ceramic and Kevlar. Yes, they are heavy.
More harm...... Go ahead and explain the harm. You sound a little full of yourself there.
@@mrmicro22 you sound like a idiot. It’s called spall. Look it up.
@@mrmicro22 says the guy with no videos. You’re as dumb as a bag of diks. Have you ever heard of spalling. Look it up.
Tight dude! What's the Comms setup if you don't mind me asking?
Baeo fang uv5r with a lapel mic and a 42 inch foldable whip internal.
No helmet or head protection? Gotta protect your noggin too lol.
Your right. I do need a helmet and I’m currently working towards getting one. If you want, you could post a video of your gear and let me know what helmet you have.
@@MattX113 I’m active duty Military and currently overseas right now and I don’t have my personal owned gear with me unfortunately lol. It’s back home. But what I can tell you is I do have a full cut ACH/ECH helmet instead of a high cut since it’s cheaper. Besides ballistic helmets there are also bump helmets.
That’s awesome. Thank you for your service! Seems like a lot of the younger, up and coming generation isn’t willing to step up and serve these days or so it seems. The military definitely change the trajectory of my life and I’m a better person for serving our country. With that being said, I hope you make it home safe so you can make that video. 🇺🇸 @@ThatGearCollector2002
@@MattX113 I've seen alot of helmets recently at surplus stores if you have any near by.
I do the exact same thing with the same case..except i keep water and some food procurements as well as a way to filter water.
I thought about keeping water and food in there as well….. I decided not to due to living in a warm climate. I didn’t want to store food and water in the trunk, truck bed, or garage in excessive heat. I ended up making a separate “sustainment” tote with extra supplies. Someday I’ll do a video on that.
@MattX113 I understand your logic because I live in GA. Just thought it was worth mentioning. Cheers!
I have a bunch of those Plano totes. In various sizes. Each one is outfitted for a different adventure.
I got another I wanted to do a video on.
Nice set up I use the same case for the same thing. Suggestion. Helmet.
Yes sir, Working on it.
Where is your sustainment gear. You have plenty of room in there for a pack, sleep system, shelter, food and water
Go back and listen to the first 30 seconds of the video. Please let me know what I said…..
