We have some polycarbonate enclosure doors that have cracks appearing days after holes were drilled. we used clean bits, drilling a pilot hole, then increasing hole size.
We tried using rubber washers through the hole. Right now we are at a loss for understanding the cause.

for an 2nd inner window, I want to seal it for sound dampening, can I seal all sides with a sealant considering that polycarbonate window will
