I love you! I just had a positive result, waiting for the genetic test and trying to get some recipes in line just in case. Your so easy to listen to and so practical… thank you!
For lunch I usually eat leftovers from a previous dinner. Or else I eat a really big late breakfast of eggs w cheese and bacon and hashbrowns or toast Also a fruit smoothie w yogurt
Hi thank you for your video … my husband has h pylori and sorry to say but drs are useless , I started reading about it and mostly it suggested going gluten free so we started 2 days ago and I am exhausted . First I went to Tesco and the have a small section (free from ) and sooo expensive . I’ve read somewhere avoid ant canned , frozen , processed food .
I think low GI white rice such as Basmati should be okay blue motion. That's my understanding, but I'm not a clinical dietician. It's just something I picked up over the years from visiting dieticians. My understanding is that coeliacs should avoid highly refined carbs or carbs that spike our glucose levels.

This is once again making me realise how dull the salads I make are. I need to up my game
It's so hard to think of ideas sometimes but I'm glad I've found some easy and different ideas - hope you try them! :D

Is white rice ok or better to have whole grain ?

Thanks for ideas, my food became so monotone after going gluten free.
