    For lunch I usually eat leftovers from a previous dinner. Or else I eat a really big late breakfast of eggs w cheese and bacon and hashbrowns or toast
    Also a fruit smoothie w yogurt

    Hi thank you for your video … my husband has h pylori and sorry to say but drs are useless , I started reading about it and mostly it suggested going gluten free so we started 2 days ago and I am exhausted . First I went to Tesco and the have a small section (free from ) and sooo expensive . I’ve read somewhere avoid ant canned , frozen , processed food .

    Is white rice ok or better to have whole grain ?

      I think low GI white rice such as Basmati should be okay blue motion. That's my understanding, but I'm not a clinical dietician. It's just something I picked up over the years from visiting dieticians. My understanding is that coeliacs should avoid highly refined carbs or carbs that spike our glucose levels.

    Thanks for ideas, my food became so monotone after going gluten free.
