1 Can Stew pork sliced 1罐 红烧扣肉
2 Shallot, sliced 2粒 小葱头, 切片
2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
1 Egg 1粒 鸡蛋
1 Chilli, shreds 1条 辣椒, 切丝
Seasonings 调味料 :
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce 1茶匙 酱油
1 teaspoon Sesame oil 茶匙 麻油
