    I cooked this for dinner. Used half of all ingredients. Family enjoyed it. No potatoes so omitted it n added black fungus. Thanks Ling for the recipe.

    Made this for dinner tonight, swopped the carrots and potatoes with black fungus. Cooked in a claypot after browning in a non-stick pan. The dish was delicious. Thanks for the recipe. I might try using the pressure cooker next time to make the pork belly more tender.
