      You can flip a deal you acquire with Subject To or you can hold onto the property long term as a rental.

    Another option is to obtain easement rights to the property. I do not recommend this for anything other than a last-ditch effort as it's pretty much being a bully and can definitely jeopardize ones network and credibility.
