That has to be the best £50 ever spent in the history of the of mankind if not the Universe. I still play with my Grandstand talking Tennis game and my Tommy Super Cup Football game. Another fabulous episode guys.
£50 for all of those! That is one heck of a bargain. I only had the red Tomytronic game, but a friend owned the white one so we kinda traded every so often. Still got a double screen Donkey Kong 2, although the battery cover doesn't fit too well so the batteries fall out! Uhoh... Pie Face 2: The Need For Revenge. Truly the battle of the century. :o
Another great show. And what a fantastic find! Never had any of those particular electronic games unfortunately. Astro Wars, BMX Flyer and Puck Monster were the ones that I had and remember most fondly. It's just a shame that you didn't win that second lot :-(
great episode guys, i loved electronic games as a kid. I had galaxy invaders and could never put it down. I love star wars and can do a great chewy impression. Tomy tronic 3D another game i loved. I had the red one and spent hours on it A lot of people slate the wii, but it was the first console to have wireless controllers and you use your body to control the on-screen character. i miss retro collectors :(, can't wait for a new episode. Im thinking you guys work for a postal service
Only 50 quid for all those games! That's an amazing find, quite jealous, but then I wouldn't know where to start to look for things like that and I'd only go and pay too much for useless crap! I know you have games from the 'olden days' but they seem 'kiddie' which isn't an issue, but did you ever play Dungeons and Dragons or one such games, or was that not your thing, if you see what I mean. Cx
