I like the fact that your saving peoples money, time and energy. I watched your interview on a diary of CEO it was brilliant an eye opener. Like I wish I knew this sooner. Thank you

You're the king of analogies. You make things so simple and easy to understand! Right now I've read all your books and applying your waitlist strategy to my e-commerce businesses... collecting leads right now.
EDIT: I got leads, took leads 10x more than my inventory but only sold 30% inventory... may be because the leads quality were bad, their email open rate was 40%. I collected leads through native form on Facebook. I'm planning to do it again but this time collecting leads through a dedicated landing page for my product. Let's see how that goes.

Solid points on the red flags, especially about not limiting geographically. To add to that, leveraging lookalike audiences in your digital ads can pinpoint similar customers globally, often uncovering untapped markets that resonate with your brand just as much as your local crowd.

Solid and simple. Love it. Key takeaway is to turn packaged clients into clients on an ongoing subscription at the end of their package. LOVE THIS and already know exactly how I will do this. THANK YOU Daniel!

Great video. Interesting point on personal brands as just at the beginning of the video was thinking how much more subscribers would there be if the channel was called Daniel Priestly.

"Your business is an extension of you". This is deeper than it appears. If you are going into business with a partner, think very carefully: Are the characteristics of that partner those same characteristic that you want to partially define the characteristics of your company? If not, step away.

This is insanely important - I've gotten burned in 6 start-ups before I figured this one out. Don't be me.
It does NOT matter what else they bring to the table - As they WILL be the leg of the table that is either holding you back OR will tilt the table to the point that everything else you do or have done just slides off and ends up on the floor. PLEASE, don't be me ;-)

@@martinhansenandersen2341 Yes, a similar experience. This should be common knowledge as it is one of the most sure fire ways to destroy a business.

Would love some more ideas or info when it comes to Red Flag 5. I'm in the middle of trying to figure out what to do at the end of my 6-month coaching package. Could you dive a little deeper into how you continued your service for your KPI clients after the initial 40 weeks ended? Did you change/lower the price point if clients wanted to continue? Did it become month to month or could they sign up for another 40 weeks? Would love to hear your thoughts! Thanks so much!

Excellent but applies more to productized services. How does this apply to service providers e.g. online language service providers (translators, interpreters, copywriters)?
