I'm just in the process of doing my presentations. Biggest struggle so far is getting people on them. But thank you so much for clarifying all those systems. Reading your books and then watching your videos over and over made me believe that I can actually do this. Doing a JV with a content creator related to your business would be a good start. I got 3000+ leads on ScoreApp, then 499 attendees...

How many people are you aiming to have in that presentation? Sometimes people want to start once they have 10 or 50 people, but truth is, we can even start the presentation with one. One or two people who know you, your value, and the quality of your work. I started with 3.

Does this workshop have to be a live presentation in a physical location? Or, can it be a live Zoom call? The reason, we are a tourist vacation destination in Cabo San Lucas,Mexico. In my 25+ years of local living and as a real estate broker, we can guide and educate them through foreign ownership and cultural differences to make their purchase an enjoyable experience. - recorded content is in competition with all other recordings. People watch recordings for a few minutes on average but they stay for the whole thing when it’s live.
- doing it once doesn’t make you world class. It’s your 100th presentation that you start getting good.

Sadly this doesn’t work well 99% of the time. As soon as people clock that it’s a recording they tune out or drop off.
On the flip side, people who present their biz a few times per month become world class speakers pretty quickly and end up on bigger platforms. A bit like comedians who do 1000 live shows then get a Netflix special.

Pretty sure free, I've even gone to ones wherer the sale was so high that they gave US LUNCH..in order to attend.

No. It gets a lot better after doing it 50+ times.
