You got me! I was SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! I just got my freeze dryer and have been stressing through trying to use it! I have had continual failures doing candy. 😢😢😢😢😢😢 I have tried four batches now of taffy, tootsie rolls and weathers caramels. Not one piece of candy has air dried! Can someone tell me what is wrong? Please !

Does your freeze dryer handbook have information relevant to a SimplyFresh freeze dryer? I need info on how to set certain parameters on the machine and why they should be changed also info on how long drying cycles should be and when to increase them other than when the load is ending at an inconvenient time.
The handbook covers general freeze drying best practices and some settings, however, parameters will change from brand to brand
