Thank you! It really was a lovely day - some friends turned up at the beach later and I spent the rest of the day with them! (The joys of having adult children now - and yes, they were very thoughtful!)

Every now and again you get a day when all the circumstances combine well! (Though I'm struggling with a lot of hip pain at the moment, so that was a less fun part!)

Ooh what a lovely day , ☀️, thanks for taking us to the beach 😎. I’m practicing rocks/cliffs , beaches and sea at the moment (I have a thing for rocks at the moment ! 😂,so this is great. Am finding the sea quite difficult to get the movement of the water tho,practice,practice,practice needed! 😊
I definitely know what you mean about doing the sea - it's my least favourite bit to do, and I'm never particularly happy with them!

No - thanks ever so much! I did my very first Plein Air painting just over a year ago!
The more I see your giant tins of pans, the more genius I think it is Helen. I prefer the paint pans and palettes from ArtToolKit so I’d need an empty palette to pop them in when I make up a palette but like you, I have a lot of watercolours I don’t use as regularly as I’d like to. Empty palette shopping I go!
It's funny you mention it because I spent a chunk of today rearranging my large palettes so that they include all my whole pans as well! I now have literally every watercolour in one place! I realised I love quite a few Rosa Gallery and Roman Szmal paints which I just wasn't using much. I'm just making new giant charts! Enjoy sorting yours out too!
