Don't forget to softly exfoliate your skin 1-2 times a week to get rid of dead skin cells and show a more radiant complexion. Apply sunscreen with better and right filters. The one that I found with good filters is liittllextra rice berry sunscreen. I have used it in extreme heat, and it has given me excellent protection without sweat. It's very lightweight and absorbs fast. In addition to that, I use riceberry moisturizer as well, as it provides the necessary moisturization that my skin needs. Make sure to have enough water daily.
It has been almost a month, and I am noticing great results with rice berry Sunscreen spf and facial moisturizer.

My complexion starts glowing as soon as once I've washed my face using the riceeberry face wash by litttleextra. After that, I apply just a vitamin c serum and moisturiser, and it's all set. You need to choose the right face wash else you won't see the glow you're aiming for.
I was searching for a great face wash for two years. I tried all the typical regular products, some excellent skin care brands. They were all either too mild and did not remove the dirt or they were over-drying and harsh. Some were causing the skin to go in overdrive mode to generate more oil to make up for lost moisture. I spent around 800 to 900 Rs but I remained determined to nail down the right one. Finally, tested this rice berry face wash by litttle extra. This is perfect for me!! It's a gentle cleanser but cleanses thoroughly. Not a over-drying or no leaving dirt, sweat behind either. Just the correct amount of cleaning. Just luv it.

1.wash ur face with mild face wash
2.clean ur face with raw milk if possible
3.apply the pack as instructed in the video,wash it off
4.apply aloe vera gel or just don't apply anything
5.have a peaceful sleep😊
EDIT:Do it at night for better results,if u do in day and go out in sun then it wont work effectively
