Looks great! Well done on cutting down my hour and a half tangent to 11 minutes! Was lovely to play and chat thanks for having me!

Thanks Rachel! What a great contributor! You are such a good communicator and an ambassador for your field. It was hard to choose what to include from the recording as there was so much more that could have been included. Thank you!

I love your series! I think you're very good at chatting with your guests, and making them open up with interesting comments. It's probably not available online, but if I were playing in person with an archaeologist, I would have picked Thebes.

Helmer, I can't tell you how valuable your encouragement has been! Right from the start. I don't think this video would exist without you or the beebsman. I need to try Thebes. It's odd I've not played it!

I second Helmer! Except about Thebes because I haven’t played it either. I love seeing the reactions of these folks as you introduce them to games in their field. That must be such a fun experience for you.

@@beebsman4331 Thank you! I'm always looking out for you guys on here now! Sorry, no pressure 😂 but I really appreciate your encouragement. It is funny when we realise how small the hobby is, that people have not heard of these games. I suppose a lot of people just don't really enjoy playing games at all.

@@UnfussyBoardGames You should definitely try Thebes. I think that the theme is done very well there. You can choose between going for digs, attending conferences, researching in the library and so on.

@@HelmerAslaksen oh man, that would be so much more thematic! I actually did show the cover to Rachel but I haven't played it. My dream would be to sit down with an archaeologist and play that game- and make a video. Some day maybe I could produce something like that, I'd love that! I had heard that Thebes was good but I didn't realize it had all those elements.
