Everyone in this family is just beautiful from Baba to Mamma to the girls just adore them. God bless your adorable family. Much love Kavaris from Australia ❤️🇦🇺
@edibledelight Lol she didn't do anything wrong however our culture is a bit more strict. Like for example certain things they wear that most iranian parents don't allow at all because it's considered "disrespectful" to urself and ur parents. Like who u date and marriage to anyone other than other middle Easterns sometimes is very hard for some iranian or middle eastern parents to accept. So i guess the girls in the comments were saying how most parents don't really have a say and especially here in the west because whether parents like it or not they will do whatever.
I thumbsed up so quick!!! I am Mexican but I love middle eastern food and have always wished to learn and see the recipes! I’m a fan of kavari crew so watching hour mom get down in the kitchen with the Persian home made food is everything!!!
Love Ghormeh Sabzi, used to make it frequently with my former Persian husband. It is so delicious. I'm going to start making it again. One of my favorite tahdig is mixing rice with yogurt and saffron and putting that on the bottom, omg, omg, omg. So rich and delicious.
Awe thanks so much for this!!! Next time please show us how she put the saffron on and why she left the glass of it in the rice pot, was it to melt? Thanks!
you can add a little spinach too,it make the stew thicker, like you added starch at the end, also won't let water separate from the rest of stew and make looks like runny,it bonds everything together
I love all of those flavors. I have had many coworkers who are from India, Bangladesh and Pakistan who bring me food all the time. I just love all the spices and flavors.
I had to come back to this and say that I went home the next day you posted this video and mom had cooked the SAME MEAL!! What a coincidence lol!! It’s so good
I grew up with these dishes but I can't really cook them myself, which frustrates me. I live far from home so I am very thankful for these videos. More please!! 💖
My mother in law is persian and uses potatoes or lavash for the tahdig and I learned to cook the rice by myself just like your mom cooked it and it's the best! All persians cook differently
Love this video. If momma Kavari is cooking each week, I will definitely watch. I will attempt to cook this for sure Thanks for this video. Awesome. Love your directional commentary. It was extremely helpful.
Literally sooooo happy to see mama Kaveri cook!! I’ve been waiting for a video like this for the longest!! Girl you know I’m about to eff it up in my kitchen lmao!!
Mama Kavari made this look so easy thank god🙌🏼😂 my mom explains it like it’ll take me 2 days to make! Therefore, I’d like to see more mama Kavari persian food tutorials 😂
Bless Mama Kavari’s hands! This was an amazing video and recipe and I can’t wait to try it out at home 😍 looks like everyone had fun in the kitchen and at the dinner table.
Beautiful ladies love your energy I love when family gets together and cook share recipes make memories god bless you all thanks for your positive vibes
Here is a tip. Mama probably knows this already. All Iranian Khoresht, stews, need a full day or two in the fridge to come into their own. Khorest Sabzi and Bademjoon, eggplant, in particular. The ghavvam, richness and luxurious texture, is enhanced with resting. However, I understand this was a tutorial clip and you guys couldn't do it that way. That being said, i can see Mama's cooking skills are superb. That rice and tahdig, crunchy, is top notch. I can also smell the stew from here. Please forward my compliments to Mama. :)
I really Like you Naz and mama kavari.the bond between you is so beautiful and i really enjoy the videos your parents are involded in so much love 😍btw cooking the rice that way is the hardest way that Persians take an extra step and make it for special occasions
Pleaseeee more recipes!! Ever since she made a celery soup in one of you guys video awhile back I’ve been trying to find Persian food recipes and it is sooooo hard!!! Mama Kavari more recipes please ❤️❤️❤️
Lots of Pakistani dishes are the same as Persian dishes, they are even called the same! It's just that Pakistani people use more spices. It's really similar because Pakistan was part or Iran once. Much love to your channel. We also say Ghee, Sabzi, etc. May Allah bless you and your family, Ameen.
Pleaseeee share more middle eastern recipes!!
Skeeza!
Mamma and Baba should create a cooking channel
Everyone in this family is just beautiful from Baba to Mamma to the girls just adore them. God bless your adorable family. Much love Kavaris from Australia ❤️🇦🇺
Fun fact
I am Mexican so my parents. And my dad owns a restaurant that serves Persian cuisine. Love lamb shank ghorme sabzi with some tadig 🤤
Sandra Torres where is your restaurant I would love to try it !! Iam Mexican and my boyfriend is persian so I’m trying to learn new recipes lol !
How are your persian parents so chill with you and your sisters lifestyle? I feel like my persian parents are the total opposite 😂😂
RosesAreRed0
Same. My dad won’t even let me go out with a skirt that is remotely short
I they were not okay with their lifestyle, it seems that they can't do a thing, they have to accept it
