How to MIX Continuous Light and Off Camera Flash in a Small Home Studio

- I am often asked the question on how I mix and balance my existing ambient light to my flash. In this video I will show you how I do it using a couple of continuous lights which serves as my “ambient” light and a Sony F60RM as my speed light modified using the MagMod MagMask.

Took a bit of trial and retrial to get the settings where needed. You explained the process very clearly. The results were excellent. I think the projection unit is right at the bottom of my “I want this” list, given the expense and likely infrequent use. But, I did like this result. I hope Coco liked the pics. Thank you.

If you were using outside continuous light through green leaves would you use flash gels and camera color balance to even out continuous and flash lighting? Should green disappear?
