This is fantastik. Thank you for your version. Makes it so easy to whip up a delicious dish. I did add a twist to the cooking. No shells and tiny oysters. So,I put the oysters in a corning ceramic dish and added the mix on top. I added a layer of fresh parm and cooked some panko crumbs in a little butter, which i put on top. Cooked it in a toaster oven for a while, and it was so amazing! The oyster flavor came through briliantly, along with everything else! Thanks again

Ditch the olive oil! Add 1/2 cup honey and 1tbs. sriracha sauce and squeeze of lime. Then let marinate for at least 6 hours!!! 30 minutes to an hour is almost worthless.

<------fifty plus years of experience. The easiest way is use a drill with a 1/2 in bit. Drill into one of the three 'eyes'. Pour off the WATER and the coconut will crack open with little to no effort with a cleaver. Stop washing the nut.......
I used to use a drill that works well but would end up with shavings in the coconut water. I found the back of the knife works best. I always wash the coconut because you don't know where Dez nuts have been... well, thanks for watching

Unfortunately, the asparagus pot was discontinued. If it's something you really want. You can still find really good condition used ones on ebay or poshmark. It is a very unique item that people don't use that much, so they tend to be in almost new condition.

I recently invested in the complete Cuisinart Multiclad Pro line of cookware and several pieces of All-Clad cookware and I'm tempted to get the All-Clad D3 6 qt braiser with rack. Boy did I stumble into the rabbit hole!

When a pan has been heated over a direct flame for an extended time the difference between the 'shock' of hot water (110 F) and cold water (45 F) hitting the pan is minimal. A substantial pan like the stainless pan you used in this video may not be affected. But thinner pans and aluminum pans will almost certainly warp no matter the water temp.
Yes, I've seen thinner pans warp very quickly when doing this. Luckily, all clad pans are a lot thicker and stronger. I don't normally clean my pans this way, but now i do it once every 2 years. Well, thanks for the advice, and thanks for watching

hello, for the saute pan, if you make like a spaghetti sauce and put the lid on, does the lid spout out the tomato sauce and spew the red over the stove? like a sputter? do you know what I mean? some lids lift and sputter and then you get food all over the stove.
