Scratch the hoop.with some.sandpaper. + don't hoop the solvy , just place it on top and the few initial stiches will hold it in place. Should make it easier.
Yea I’ve thought of even like gluing a small dot type object to is so I could feel it through the fabric. I’ve tried just placing the solvy on top but I find the machine jut starts to eat it up the more it stitches out
