Im not sure if this would work for you but I was having the same issue during exam season and the only thing that reset my body clock was doing an all nighter and then sleeping early the next day. I have also heard that milk is good at night because it naturally contains melatonin to help you sleep :)

I know you love your cats, but having them all around the food you're cooking and the dishes you plan to place them on is so unsanitary. Smh This video opened my eyes AGAIN to the fact that I can not eat from everyone's kitchen. I am actually allergic to cats and dogs and GOD forbid, I ate from someone's home who had their animals around the food offered to me. (It literally could cost me my life) Smh
I encourage you to be mindful not everyone wants to eat and drink from the same faucet as an animal. It's a shame because the soup actually looks good, so I will make it for sure!
