From what I understand the entire team has to make a group weigh in, so the only way to have a heavyweight guy on the team is to have lighter guys balance him out.

Rules of engagement are absolutely ridiculous. Once a fighter submits, the brawl is over by matter of simple numbers.
Winning fighters should be sent to the corner waiting to substitute for a defeated member of their team.
Samuel Gallop that makes a whole lot of sense. What if instead if someone was taken out. They are scored as a point then the fight is stopped. And they put the 4v4 on and then it wittles down until the points are tallied in fair numbers... Would still slow group fights.. but should make it more enjoyable instead of oh some1 lost its over now

Yeah but this has been well established. For me the bigger surprise is how much numbers matter. In all of these multiple person fights, I don't think I've ever seen a single bout where the first team to lose a man was not the losing team.
So if was 5 vs 4, then the outcome might have been a lot different...Even if the 5 guys were each lighter than the 4 guys.

What do you guys think about team weight limit but no fight participant limit? You could have limit like 400kg and team could be built of like 2 guys of 100kg and 3 guys 60 kg for example or like put a team of 8 guys who weight 50kg aganist 4 guys of 100 kilos weight. That would made fights soo much more tactical and it would be much more interesting imho. because right now it kinda lack something i think. because right now it looks like not really a teamfight but 5x 1v1 duels as soon as one person loses his duel the fight is pretty much over.
