Back in the 1960's Polypack started developing equipment specific to the aerosol industry.
Beginning with our bucket style wrappers, these machines are available in semi-automatic, or fully robotic configurations, and accommodate a wide range of can sizes and bundle configurations.
Bucket machines use positive product control... With no pushers, dead plates or belt-to-belt transfers - your product remains stable throughout the entire collate, wrap, seal & shrink process.
These patented systems are also available with our integrated case loading system. Products are easily collated and robotically top loaded into RSCs in a variety of configurations.
Another unique Polypack solution is our label orientation system... This unit can assist with can coding to ensure consistent code positioning or to create oriented shelf-ready retail multipacks.
Our aerosol safety systems include advanced tunnel design to optimize airflow and prevent any cans from remaining in the tunnel.
Battery backups are included to drive product out of the machine in case of a power loss, and air evacuation systems can flush hot air from the tunnel if required.
We've recently added a new compact, high speed versatile bundler to our aerosol lineup.
This machine is only 10' feet long, and runs up to 240 cans per minute in many bundle configurations.
With only a simple guide adjustment between sizes, you are able to run almost every can size - down to 35mm - without the need for any change parts.
These machines come with integrated film splicing, and are all servo driven - with no air required.
