I used to watch all your videos a few years ago, so glad to see that you're still there and still helping all those animals in need ! Cheers from Belgium !
It’s so difficult being an owner of exotics especially with navigating rules that were made for cats and dogs for planes and travel abroad aren’t always clear. 😞 I have definitely reduced travel for fear of this happening but so glad they were lucky to find you and the team to board this baby for their owner. You can tell that potato just misses its owner and I hope their reunion is a happy one
The way I clicked this so fast because I've missed your videos. I'm glad to see you're doing well (I do see your Insta posts, and I'm so excited to see all the new animals you've taken in) and that things are ever busy at AW. Love Spud, and glad he''ll be reunited with his owner soon. Take care, Jessi.
It's so great to see you again! And that pigeon sure is human-centered. We had pigeons for a few years while I was growing up. They did not typically get that comfortable with being held by us (rather than biting, they just tried to go Somewhere Else), but when they did it was very sweet, since so unexpected. Thanks for all you do!
Thank you, Jessi. Your ability and willingness to help out with this must have been a tremendous relief to the owner and seeing Spud in a video would also be helpful, I'm sure. It's difficult to imagine the trauma of expecting to take your pet with you only to have it denied. So, thank you for helping him, his owner and for sharing them with us!
Especially an emotional support animal. Not only would it be hella useful for a flight/vacation, but also that's one more thing you gotta deal with when there's already loads of things
I remember when pigeons did make some eggs on my balcony at my previous place. I had the occasion to gather a lot of informations about them, talk to ornithologists that were able to help me with what I could do and not do with the pigeons, their little guys, and the use of the balcony. I have preconceived ideas about pigeons : dirty, disease carriers, dumb, etc. It made me change my mind a lot, and I grew attached to the little pigeons. It was a nice experience, pigeons are really nice animals.
i mean YEA, A LITTLE JEALOUS! lmao. pigeons are lovely, but he must be happy to be back with his owner now xD glad you're able to help, but also we miss seeing/ hearing from you! lol
Unfortunately, due to the bad behavior of and complaints involving so many ESAs (actual or otherwise), airlines have narrowed the rules back down to just the ADA protected service/assistance animals who have gone through intense behavioral training. I recently saw a video posted by a therapist about ESA in general, but it goes into this as well.
So nice to see you Jessi ... Spud is adorable & glad he'll see his person soon! What a guy ... I really like pigeons and so this was kind of special to see this pigeon who is very much into people!!
I rescued and raised a pigeon just like him, I'm his human but he attacks me and bites me and hits me with his wings all the time like spud is doing to you, so, if I'm not the human he wants to be with? What should I do? He's about 7 yo and by this point I have no interaction with him, I only feed him and change his water daily and keep him clean, I have other species that need a lot of attention and time from me, so I don't have the patience or time to try to make him show his kind side towards me. I have actually thought of finding him a new home that is more appropriate for him. Any advices?
Thank you for taking time to make this video, it really brightened my day and life !!! What a cute story, I'm thankful you were able to step in for Spud, his human and for all the other animals (humans included, obviously!) you've been busy helping 🤗
I was just recently looking at the channel wondering if there was a new video that I hadn't seen yet. Love an update but glad that y'all are of course prioritizing the animals over content.
Miss your videos, think about you guys all the time! But so grateful to know it's because you're busy caring for these incredible animals 💕 it must be such a big job!!! You are all amazing 💜
Loose dogs in the cabin? Yah no problem. A pigeon in a bag? No way dude. Another reason not to fly. I don't want any pets in the cabin but the rules are totally asinine.
I don't think I've seen such and angy pigeon before! But at least he's safe. Side note: I've read a number of times that humans should not pet birds on the back, because it's an erogenous zone and can lead to behavior issues. Is this true of all birds?
Jessi , id like to just thank you and your team ! Me and my sister grew up with your videos! Now we are a little older I understand just how much work goes into animal wonders and I'm so glad to see you and your team (including your animal ambassadors!) doing so well after all these years! We had two Cockatiels at the time and your videos helped us out 😊
Awww it's great to hear from you Jessi, and glad to hear all is well with you and yours. Spuds a cutie, but I'm glad he gets to go back to his momma. He obviously misses her.
Great to see you back. Used to have a rescue pigeon. Right vicious little critter like Spud. Mine would dig his beak into the fleshy part between my finger and thumb and then twist. I ended up always handling him with gloves!
With the video editing industry taking a dive. You have the resources to put one of them to work shooting and editing videos for your channel. With your numbers this position will easily pay for itself and eventually fund your entire mission and pay the mortgage. You have endless content.
Rescuing _vermin_ is a little weird. I guess being used as a boarding house for it is a little less weird. But a _comfort animal?_ Seriously? They're not even useful for communication purposes unless you're a hobbyist. It doesn't look like one of those goofy show pidgeons which, IMO, is just as much animal cruelty as any highly inbred species. If you've never lived in a city you might not really understand that the only use a pigeon really has is as food for stray cats or other predator. Like the occasional turtle lol. They are a _nuisance_ pest at best and actively destructive when they poop all over statuary at worst. Hell, _rats_ are more useful, and they're even worse than pigeons on the pest-o-meter.
While I do miss seeing new videos I am more than happy knowing it’s because you are busy helping animals in need! Spud is a handsome lil guy!
We've been so busy with animals!

I AM jealous I'm not getting bitten by a pigeon
Soooo many love bites 💚
Spud is so cute! And so chatty!
HOORAY!!!! YOU GUYS ARE BACK AFTER A 4-MONTH HAITUS! 😆🥳🎊🎉
So beautiful - I would love to see his reaction when he got to go back to Mumma! ❤
MEEEE TOOOOOO😂😂
I kept kinda hoping that there'd be a "trailer" to this vid, showing that.😊
I never thought I'd be a fan of a pigeon but Jessi's enthusiasm and Spud's sassiness have won me over! what a cute little guy
I AM jealous that I don’t get to be bitten by a pigeon 😩

I miss your videos and the critters. I am glad that you're happy and busy! Spud is cute!
Spud has so much personality! I'm glad you were able to board him for a bit :)
yesss ! missed you
Glad you were able to help Spud out. He’s a magical little guy
I love that Spud's owner loves him enough to take him with her on a trip. More people should love pigeons and doves.
They are profoundly loving and sensitive beings💖🪷
Made my day seeing you upload again. Glad to see you doing well!

I'm in sixth grade and I have been watching you guys since 2nd grade. I love the animals and I LOVE Kemosabe! Thank you for being awesome!

I love pigeons/doves, it's so nice to see one on this channel and another video from you! Wishing you the best.
Thank you for posting you are one of my absolute favorite UA-cam channels so happy that you posted😊💜✨️

"Confiscated pigeon" is not something I ever expected to read, but here we are
what a beautiful and healthy looking pigeon! i'm glad he gets to go back to his owner, and is being well cared for in the meantime.
A dinosaur.
🎉Happy to see another video again. Glad to see you all are doing alright.
Spud definitely needs a girlfriend 😂😂
Missed you Jessi. That lil Spud is lucky you have such understanding and temperance. Thank you for posting.
We’re is chopstick the qracker parrot
I love pigeons! I'm so glad you were able to help this little guy out!
He's so handsome ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Very happy to see a video from Animal Wonders!
I was just recently looking at the channel wondering if there was a new video that I hadn't seen yet. Love an update but glad that y'all are of course prioritizing the animals over content.
Thank you very much for posting again! I'm not on any other social network and I worried about Lollipop and Kemosabe and you all.
I hope the owner sees this video so they can see how well you're caring for Spud.
You're so confident with him! He's biting and pecking you and your still get your face and eyes up close. I wish i was that good with animals.
Miss your videos, think about you guys all the time! But so grateful to know it's because you're busy caring for these incredible animals 💕 it must be such a big job!!! You are all amazing 💜
Spud! You are adorable!!
Hello to all the sweet wonderful AWM carers!! I’ve missed you in my feed, but I am delighted to see you flourishing!!
I was just thinking of you guys! I'm glad to know and have seen you helping animals. You're great at it.
"Oh it's just pinches"? I keep thinking I'd get bloody welts.
This is making me miss my pigeon so much! They are very sweet and intelligent animals that can hold very strong bonds🥰

Precious buddy ❤ happy new season to everyone
Miss your smiling face. Nice to see you are well.
"Confiscated Pigeon" is peak chaotic neutral.
I'd rather be on a plane with a pigeon than a dog, that's ridiculous they wouldn't let him on the plane!
Luckily the owner did not need a support animal after all. -an animal that for sure would have annoyed the whole airplane.
I had (Passed due to old age :( ) a guinea pig named Spud, he was my best bud for his 8 years ♥
I remember watching all your videos on epic
❤ pigeons
Agreed!!
I don’t understand airlines. They let small dogs n cats on the planes. Why not birds. Long as they are in a carrier
Your pain tolerance must be extreme. It's all the practice, I assume.
Yay, new videos from Animal Wonders! I really miss it.
That Pigeon is huge, although some of that might be that he's puffing himself up!
What a gorgeous pigeon! He should be very happy to see his mom soon. ❤
What a gorgeous bird ^^
So cute!
biting you biting you biting you biting you
He's so angry it's hilarious
Would you suggest getting a pigeon as a pet?
Jessi , id like to just thank you and your team ! Me and my sister grew up with your videos! That's one fat pigeon
What a talkative bird!
Thank you for all you do.
Glad y’all are doing well!
Have missed you SO MUCH Jessie! So glad you're busy doing what you do best... but it's wonderful to see you again! :)
What a fun video
Awww it's great to hear from you Jessi, and glad to hear all is well with you and yours. Spuds a cutie, but I'm glad he gets to go back to his momma. He obviously misses her.
Spicy pigeon!
Spud is cool
Great to see you back. Used to have a rescue pigeon. Right vicious little critter like Spud. Mine would dig his beak into the fleshy part between my finger and thumb and then twist. I ended up always handling him with gloves!
spud i love you

❤
Thanks Jessie for the update, it's great you are busy with animals.
Spud has pigetude! I'm glad you were able to give him a temporary perch.
nice to see you around! I would be very happy to see more of even for shorter, informal videos like this one. :3
It has been a long time!
What a nasty bird! You are so patient. I love seeing all your posts! Thanks!
