Makes me wish we could see a pool day this summer. Maybe im wrong but i bet some of the animals would live to get wet ans make a bug mess everywhere XD (ie seraphina xD)
The joy they show is a reflection of how much time, effort and love you put into every animal in your care and I think that's a magical and beautiful thing. Thank you so much for sharing it!
I love how Jessi interacts with all the animals like an excited dog owner. Knowing that these animals are greeted every day by "hi my little handsome man!" and the like makes me smile :)
I love that the cavies are just giant guinea-pigs! Also, your porcupine licks were adorable :) This was a really cool idea for a video. I work with horses and I always loved being the first one in the barn in the morning to see all theIr eager faces, even if they only wanted food 😁
Yea if you ever need a filming break, I’m down for more videos like this! Also I would love a vid of roughly what a daily schedule looks like? Between caring for so many daytime and nocturnal animals that need your personal time and attention, I can’t imagine what it looks like! When do you get up? Go to sleep? Make food and spend time with the kids and the animals? And still have time to think of new enrichment? Haha
Oh my goodness, I've never seen a bird bring it in for a cuddle before! Huck and Ringo are still may fav boys, but the parrots were really amazing to see in this video. Also, Kizmit leaning into scritches like a big spikey dog! Fantastic. Thank you for sharing this!
Awww, watching Joy snuggle up to you made me tear up a bit. Seeing how much she trusted you even while you were wearing that "scary" new camera really shows how strong your relationship with her is. You're good people... 💜
This video made me cry. All of these animals have been through so much, but they can still show trust and love towards a human who is kind to them, and they never complain. They deserve only the best.
There are flocks of the red lored amazon parrot here in southern california! I was able to identify them bc of your videos! Their distinct color and vocalizations match yours. For years I wondered what kind of parrot it was but I'm so glad I finally learned it thanks to you. Although some think them too noisy, I love hearing them and seeing them fly through my city :)
This was so awesome!!! I loved the Gopro footage! Can you do more like this? I had no idea hawks and foxes made noises like that. I was also weirdly surprised to hear that Cavies sound pretty much like Guinea Pigs. I mean, it makes total sense.
This was lovely to see! Praying for your power to stay on and everyone to continue to thrive under your loving care. Thanks for sharing those sweet greetings. Unconditional love and trust from those we care for and about is worth all the hard work.
I could watch this kind of video every week! Do you visit them in the same order every day? They must be able to smell the animals you have already visited, I imagine?
oh my goodness so much cute! Cayenne and Ringo have grown so much. Seraphina's tail wag. Kind of like morning rounds at the hospital or something but much cuter and more diverse. I can't imagine how amazing it must feel to have all of these critters bonded to you.
They are all so freaking adorable! But I felt for Joy at 11:11-11:12 when you can see her peeking forlornly through the window of her area watching Jessi give the other birds scritches... :'(
It really is so precious to see how much they appreciate your presence. It speaks to how much time and effort you put in with them, and to the kindness you show them yourself - AND the kindness you've taught all the folks who help out at Animal Wonders. And that kindness is communicated from the animals to anybody that watches these videos or your live presentations. Y'all remind me that there's a lot of good in this world even when I'm having a personally rough time of things. Thank you!!
I think this is the first time you've had the parrots in a video and it didn't cause havoc in my own flock 😆 Loved this video and would love to see more like this. Just you and the animals doing your thing.
It is beautiful to see how much all of the animals get so excited to see you, it is obvious that you have a good bond and enjoy their life in your care
how much one on one time do each of the animals usually get, either with you or other staff/volunteers? im sure it's less now because of covid restrictions, but what amount of time to you normally aim for?
I loved this. Thanks for sharing!!! Some things I wanted to share/comment: Just before you stroked and mentioned lollipop's beautiful tail I had just stated in my head how good her fur looked. For real, she looks so gorgeous. I also really loved the VERY CLOSE ups of Joy's face. And learned something with the back-wards-stroking of their feathers. I never owned a bird, so that was new for me. But my biggest shock was the sound Hara (still one of my favourite animals you have) makes when she greets you. I first thought that was just floorboards creaking. Wowsers, what a sound to come from such a magnificent creature. I love her even more now. Again, thank you for sharing.
I love how the animals all love seeing you. even the nocturnal ones are just like "ugh it's the middle of the day what's OH ITS FRIEND! YAY FRIEND IS HERE!"
Aww. I love seeing all that. I especially identify with birds. We own eight large parrots-macaw, grey, cockatoos…etc, and bird love is amazing. They don’t just give away trust. So when my birds are excited to see me and my cockatoos do tricks to get my attention, it’s an honor.
The close up go pro shots of the animals were so cute! Definitely would be nice to get more videos with some close ups!!! Cuteness overload for sure! 🥰
Was hoping to see cutie snooty Ophelia! Regardless, this was a really wholesome and enjoyable look at how you greet all the animals. They're all loved so much.
Its so very tempting!! 🥰 But someone has to make sure all the animals are fed, cleaned, enriched, and enough funds are coming in to make sure the organization is financially secure 🤔 Dilemmas, dilemmas 😅
Verry nice to see you interact in a private way with the animals!!! It truly makes me realise that that's for sure what i want to do in the futur!!! I want to be an animal educator or a zookeeper! There is just no greater joy to me then to be able to care for all sorts of animals and educating people about it. I wouldnt even need to be paid for it, in fact i'm already paying to do it in a way : I have my own assortment of unique animals and i tell anybody that is too polite to tell me to stop how awesome and misunderstood they are and all sorts of fun facts about these less-comonly kept pets. 😂
I haven't been able to volunteer at zoos like I usually do with the pandemic, I really miss greeting all the animals I used to work with. Thank you for this I needed it
This was the wholesome video I needed ♥ It got me wondering though, do the animals sometimes get upset by smelling the other animals on you? Do you have to wash your hands before greeting each animal?
My high school girlfriend had a pair of guinea pigs. They'd start squeaking like that whenever they heard the vegetable drawer in the refrigerator being opened.
I might be wrong but i think its because the guinea pigs were also on the other side of the door? Or maybe they do make that sound xD Jess would be able to answer for sure!

Ello I watch you on epic for school :>
Me to 😖😖😖
Me too LOL
You got a middle-aged man tearing up at the sight of Kizmit 😍
Love ur animals
"You'd be a good snuggle buddy if you didn't smell like pee." That was great! 😂
Yeah😅😅😅😂😂😆😆
If I had a nickle for every time I'd heard that.....
I literally stopped the video when I heard this line and looked to see if anyone had commented on it yet. 😂
Lol

Yea same with me! She just makes all the animals happy :)
What I've learned: mammals really do enjoy pet. How blessed to live on a planet where so many animals enjoy the scritch
+
Animals are unfortunately not blessed to to have evil humans on their planet! Love covid culling the human verman lol
Also the avians.
Plenty of underwater critters also demand scritches, it's just harder to film ;)
Also fortunate we have hands with which to pet
Sunny the red-crested Turaco is so beautiful, she looks like a bird from another world!
Huckleberries balance seems so much better than when he was young
I love that you can hear Steve in the background! "I am a cockatiel! I can sing! I am the best cockatiel!"
I love that the cavies are just giant guinea-pigs! Also, your porcupine licks were adorable :)
This was a really cool idea for a video. I work with horses and I always loved being the first one in the barn in the morning to see all theIr eager faces, even if they only wanted food 😁
Seraphina: "Excited"HE HE HE HE HE HE HE
Like a Finnegan :3
What does a fox say? Now I know
I heard the guinea pigs just wheeking and whistling away in the background while you were greeting Cayenne and Chili Pepper! That was so adorable!
Those were the cavies, I think! Making the noises, I mean.

I've been very curious about this too!
Oh my goodness, I've never seen a bird bring it in for a cuddle before! Huck and Ringo are still may fav boys, but the parrots were really amazing to see in this video. Also, Kizmit leaning into scritches like a big spikey dog! Fantastic. Thank you for sharing this!

every single interaction made my heart so happy, but there was something truly pure about Joy's little noise and the way she leaned into you
I WANNA BOOP ALL THE SNOOTS 😭
Same I want to
This video made me cry. All of these animals have been through so much, but they can still show trust and love towards a human who is kind to them, and they never complain. They deserve only the best.
I loved this video! Can we get more of those kind of direct, normal interaction kinda videos?
I'd love that too!
It would be nice to see more like this!

there's nothing quite like kizmit's combination rockstar mullet and quill tutu. she's just amazing!

If we ever wondered if Jessi was a full on Disney Princess, we now know for sure: 100% yes!!
I love your videos so much! Thanks jessi for educating us all on animals, and also keeping our mood up! your awesome! Keep doing what your doing!!
I was hoping we would get to see Mimi the marmoset! But it was fun seeing all the other friends.
Scritches are in high demand! I'm loving all the love.
I'm suffocating they are all so adorable!!! My heart is exploding!
This was so awesome!!! I loved the Gopro footage! Can you do more like this?
I had no idea hawks and foxes made noises like that. I was also weirdly surprised to hear that Cavies sound pretty much like Guinea Pigs. I mean, it makes total sense.
I feel like I just got flexed on.
WHAT AN AMAZING MORNING YOU HAVE (and I'm sure the animals appreciate you too
This was lovely to see! Praying for your power to stay on and everyone to continue to thrive under your loving care. Thanks for sharing those sweet greetings. Unconditional love and trust from those we care for and about is worth all the hard work.
More of these video please! So fun to see a more intimate interaction. Love them all.

her voice when she talking to the animals is just :0
And, since she does it, it's apparently the official zoologist way to greet animals.
Your passion, adoration, and respect for the animals in your care is the most uplifting, and heart liquefying thing I've witnessed all year.
They are all so freaking adorable! But I felt for Joy at 11:11-11:12 when you can see her peeking forlornly through the window of her area watching Jessi give the other birds scritches... :'(

I think this is the first time you've had the parrots in a video and it didn't cause havoc in my own flock 😆
Loved this video and would love to see more like this. Just you and the animals doing your thing.
I never knew how much I needed to see these animal cuddles! ❤️
I totally wouldn’t mind like 10 more videos like this! It shows how personal you are with the animals and how happy they are with your care!
My bird chirps when I come how. His name is Emmet BTW
I miss it every second of my life since my parrot brother passed away in 2019. His name was Shaheb and he was 25.
It is beautiful to see how much all of the animals get so excited to see you, it is obvious that you have a good bond and enjoy their life in your care
This is the type of content we needed in the middle of all this chaos. Thank you
how much one on one time do each of the animals usually get, either with you or other staff/volunteers? im sure it's less now because of covid restrictions, but what amount of time to you normally aim for?
I’m so glad to know we both make the same baby talk voices when you greet the animals! Lol
A quarter of a million! I've been watching for a little bit. Mimi in the background when you're talking to sunny haha

This was an absolute delight to watch!
And OMG! Do the cavies make that noise? They sound like guinea pigs and I had no idea! Adorable 🥰
They're closely related to guinea pigs, so that's probably why 🥰
God, the sound of Jessie’s voice as she talks quietly to Ringo made me feel so genuinely warm and fuzzy inside
Jessi, you are Absatively Amazing with your Critters rapporteur! Keep up your great work 👍💕 Thanks for sharing your animal diversity!!
Huckleberry is so goodlooking and intelligent! Thats why he is a true sigma🦫🦫
Aww. I love seeing all that. I especially identify with birds. We own eight large parrots-macaw, grey, cockatoos…etc, and bird love is amazing. They don’t just give away trust. So when my birds are excited to see me and my cockatoos do tricks to get my attention, it’s an honor.
This was so fun - thank you! Closest I'll ever be to these amazing creatures ♥️
never knew that parrot would be so snuggly. That was absolutely lovely
This was super cute - I love Ringo's reaction the most! 🦝
If there was an award for the most wholesome UA-cam channel, no doubt it would be Animal Wonders :)
The close up go pro shots of the animals were so cute! Definitely would be nice to get more videos with some close ups!!! Cuteness overload for sure! 🥰
Seens like All the pets have a better trust bond with you than before keep it up jessie:)
At 1:37 those birds are soooooo much cuter than mine!!😍😍😍😍
This is like walking through Ace Ventura's winter cottage and I'm loving it!
That right there was my moment of joy for the day. Perfection!
Love your presentations Jessi, and you're a joy to see!
Was hoping to see cutie snooty Ophelia! Regardless, this was a really wholesome and enjoyable look at how you greet all the animals. They're all loved so much.
Thank you so much for sharing this with us! So heartwarming and cute 🤗💗
If I were you, I'd never get anything done - just hang out with the animals all day.
Its so very tempting!! 🥰 But someone has to make sure all the animals are fed, cleaned, enriched, and enough funds are coming in to make sure the organization is financially secure 🤔 Dilemmas, dilemmas 😅
@@animalwondersmontana Time for Covid to be a thing of the past, so you can let the cleaning and feeding be done by those interns, right? ;)
I love your Chanel I watch it ever day

I really enjoyed this video, thanks for sharing the happiness 💗 it’s funny how much Seraphina reminds me of my Shiba 😆
Love, love, love... so much love. I love it !
I haven't been able to volunteer at zoos like I usually do with the pandemic, I really miss greeting all the animals I used to work with. Thank you for this I needed it

its so sweet to see you get along with no much animals
Omg this episode makes my heart so happy !!!! I love animals
So much love. Truly wonderful what you do there.
Omg sarrefena is so sweet I love her!!!
Oh my gosh, so adorable 🥰
We need more videos like this ☺️
Love seeing the grounds!!
This was the wholesome video I needed ♥ It got me wondering though, do the animals sometimes get upset by smelling the other animals on you? Do you have to wash your hands before greeting each animal?
Kizmit kisses! 💜💜💜💜
Omg this was so adorable
Wow. Love this video and love what you do. This is definitely a dream of mine. ❤️
This was so interesting!! I love getting the inside scoop. ^_^
Funny! The Patagonian Cavy squeals just like Guinea pigs!
Ha, those Cavies sound just like guinea pigs. I guess cavies will be cavies...
My high school girlfriend had a pair of guinea pigs. They'd start squeaking like that whenever they heard the vegetable drawer in the refrigerator being opened.
@@sensibleb I had a friend who had seven of them. They'd all do the same thing! No sneaking into the fridge in that house! 😄
I might be wrong but i think its because the guinea pigs were also on the other side of the door? Or maybe they do make that sound xD Jess would be able to answer for sure!
That was awesome! How do you get your birds to go back so nicely? My African Grey hates going back in her cage. She goes but it takes some convincing.
I need 100 more videos like this one!!!
I don't understand why this channel hasn't blow-up!?
This is so wholesome
Loved it!!!!! Thank you. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Adorable!🦜
LOL 12:01 is priceless!!! Love it.
