Like you, I long ago discovered that I no longer needed to subject myself to the "shoulds" like, "I should be worrying about the state of the world all night, I should feel terrible because others are having such a terrible time". I realized it was helping NO one! I found a place of radical trust that each of us has a Path, embedded by incarnation and its our main job to attune and align as deeply as possible to the particular way Life wants to move through us. Right Action in each moment will weave a greater tapestry of Goodness in humanity than anything our limited egos could have constructed.❤

I really needed this reminder. I forgot my heart and mind and their power to bring peace and happiness. I became sad, grumpy, mad… I’ve realised long time ago that the love comes from the inside. But, due to living in the “modern” capitalistic technocrstic society I got consumed in the sea of useless information and shallow experiences that to me are meaningless. And whatever I do, whatever richness material world presents to me, there’s a voice in the back of my mind saying “that’s not what it’s all about”. The more I ignore this voice, the more unhappy I am. I need grounding, clensing, gratitude, love for myself and everyone around me. It feels lonely, but I don’t know of any other way of thinking/living that speaks truth to me more than this.

Little steps when and where you can.
See if there are others around you that you can connect with, it so helps when we find even one like minded person we can spend real time with, maybe in a centre, or ceremony?
Keep going, drop by drop the bucket fills.
Or as my teacher once said when I was going through a really dark time, "Sometimes up, sometimes down". All the best. 🙏

Thanks for the encouragement. I can only make a video when something comes through strong enough, which it did this morning (will upload it tomorrow), after a week in a field, round a fire with much beauty and sharing. Infact I think I've another one or two more from this last week to go, including possibly the most far out story that came on the night of the new moon, however, if I shared that in it's rawest form I think it would be to much for most folks rational mind to cope with. I shared it round the fire that night and everyone could feel the hugeness of it, but one guy just flipped out a few minutes later and then left, so think I'll have to temper that story and see if it can emerge in a way that can be heard....

Buddhism is great because it merges into cultures and its teachings resonate with people. I really resonated with Tibetan Buddhism and within that Dzogchen as it utterly resonates with journeys I'd had before even meeting Buddhism. And Tibetan Buddhism is very animistic. But there are so many flavours of it already. Taoism is also amazing and incorporates the cyclical nature of things which for me is important.
Im a kind of animist, psychedelic, Buddhistish cyclic mystic 😄
Im not sure about advice around teachers as there are so many ad I think its a very karmic relationship. Thechers that to me were enlightened beings, to others he was like 'meh".
Im presently enjoying John Churchill, I'll always like the books by Pema Chodron and Dzongsar Khyentse.
breath work is also a really powerful practice to get things moving and trying to carve out a little time each morning before the screen comes out.
And yes, it's a life work and it goes in cycles. All the best! 🙏🙏🙏

Ther heart is a vortex a "7" layered muscle folded in and upon itself... Fall into the 7 layers as one descends and ascends into the heart space up into the High Heart and out through the Crown into the other 112 chakras out of 114... There is no way to gain access to the last 2 chakras of the 114... That is done by Grace and Surrender alone... The human mind and imagination cannot do it for there are specific gatekeepers that hold the keys within... This is from my knowings of countless hours (years) of meditation and holistic healing. One can read as many spiritual, holistic, and religious scribes, texts, and scripture books as they want but what good is reading if it is not put to practice and applied.

i dislike the term spiritual bypass. its very judgemental and you are not enoughish. even to declare a spiritual calling in this era is to stand against the oppression of mass formation psychosis.
The term spiritual bypass is thrown around a lot these days. For me it has very precise meaning; that we are using ultimate views to avoid relative responsibilities. So I will use it as a term to call out this behavior that doesn't serve anyone, neither the one negating responsibility or the ones being screwed over by this bs.
