Donna goes where no woman has gone before. Surely the City of St. Louis has some obligation to destroy or seal up these abandoned properties so animals don't get trapped.

Thank you for rescuing these needy dogs! Just one question tho - Why in the hell are these shit hole buildings not condemned and demolished by the city? They are fire hazards, cover for criminal activity and provide excellent habitat for rats, roaches and other vermin to spread to inhabited areas.
