Recovering from Derealization and Anxiety - Cesar's Inspiring Story
Вставка
- Опубліковано 3 чер 2024
- Meet Cesar,
Cesar was struggling with strong derealization before he reached out to me. While he had made some progress on his own, he hit a glass ceiling. He was high functioning, but wasn't living life fully. He still had symptoms of anxiety and derealization holding him back.
Let me break it down:
Who:
Cesar, struggled with anxiety after a panic attack 5 years earlier.
Problem:
Anxiety - Derealization
Solution:
Cesar reached out to me and we worked together for a few months. His progress has been tremendous. We were able to course-correct a few things and his progress sky-rocketed.
Cesar is special. He was able to take direction, and trust the process. He was fully invested in his recovery and was determined to do whatever it took.
More importantly, he trusted the process and focused on his recovery.
Cesar is not only back to normal, but he's a stronger person because of it.
He is going to do some amazing stuff in the future.
It was an awesome privilege to work with him.

he will help you if you believe in him
Inshallah brother 🤲
How are you feeling today ?
Mine started with a hangover, I remember having an anxiety attack, i felt completely out if whack with reality and I couldn’t breathe. I had bad shortness of breathe for weeks along with feeling detached from reality. I went to doctors for a chest x ray and everything came back fine.. I couldn’t believe it. Its been since last October and my shortness of breathe is finally starting to completely go away.. i hope.. as well as I’m not over the derealization yet but I’m just more used to it... i hope I’ll be back to normal some day.
Any indian guys, like my comment. I am relived when I find out im not the only indian in this situation. Just suffered a setback 3 days ago but now I'm on my way to recovery. All thanks to his youtube channel!!!

@@jirahmaniago8161 how r u
@@kelalyssa i’m doing well actually. wow, it’s been 2 years since i made this comment. i don’t really feel the derealisation part anymore but sometimes the anxiety feeling is still there but it comes and goes every now and then, only happens when i’m like really stressed out. but i think i’ve improved a lot since 2 years ago, and all i can say is keep the faith and keep going because it might seem scary right now, but it will most certainly get better in the future!
I just be breathing through my anxiety . Not only focusing on my breathe whenever I'm anxious but breathing through it . With it.
Good job Cesar!!
This is what I wanted!!! I m here too struggling for 2.5yrs still counting!!!

I’m still currently fight dpdr.. it’s really hard to be honest. I wake up everyday worrying and asking myself when will I get better. Like a lot of you say to ignore and continue on with life, I tried honestly.. I tried my best and it’s hard.
But then not just that, I started to developed these really negative thoughts that I’m going to die because of dpdr. I never really had anxiety that was this bad. I wake up and I get confused and I am terrified. I want it to go away.. 😔
If you want to try it.
Try these Supplements:
Coenzym B Komplex
Dmae
Phosphatidylserin
Alpha GPC
Aniracetam
I recovered with these
And do lots of Sports

@@yurain3197 It took months. Also had Relapses in between. Also had these crazy headaches all the time. When i took Suntheanine in the beginning. My anxiety reduced and headaches got weaker with time.

My gerd keep coming back. I have been having panic attack . It's scary.
I have accepted all my symptoms like heart palpatations breath issues chest tightness muscle twitching neck stiffness choking sensations but there is one symptom that bothers me so much and dr claire weggs didn't explained it nowhere I have this feeling that my brain is moving vibrating jolting for second many many times a day it's so scary it make me feel lightheaded and off balance all day
i get this too! its just like u described it: a head jolt. its very unusual and i thought i was the only one who experienced this
@@iamisded yeah it's so scary it doesn't hurt its very light but like all day long here and there a brain jolt
i experience this too i had internal shaking on my neck but thats calmed down a bit i feel it in my head and it feels heavy sometimes its very hard for me too
@@tiffdarlene9565 yeah it's a really scary symptom I hate it i also feel like something pulling on my brain and my neck is so stiff sometime I feel so dizzy
lala la yes i have dizziness as well and thats the only thing that really bothers me at this point. it seems as though things move or go back and forth for me a dizzy feeling although i know nothing is actually moving.

What do you charge for your guidance through anxiety and panic disorder?
How can I find your group sessions ?
what does it mean to accept it??? or how do i accept it??
Kind of to just let it pass... I am on my recovery too. What I am doing is writing down my worries and also positive affirmations. Just know your body is trying to keep you safe, even if you don't feel like it. Don't fight. Try to be calm.
@@vivi-uz7qq do you feel like you will collapse and having short breath?
I've been having blood test and it's normal. Apart from having gerd that keep coming back.

You can’t recover from anxiety everybody has it.
You can learn to cope with it but it’s not curable.
I’m not tryna scare anybody but I’m just sayin.
First : Bullshit
Second : Yes you scare people with your negative Bullshit!
Well no matter what you’ll still have anxiety
@@lamarsavage173 everybody has anxiety, it’s a actually a great thing to have , it’s a problem when it interferes with ur life ,
First of all, your an idiot. Anyone can have “sensitized” nerves. And you can reverse these nerves and train your mind to not perceive everything as a threat.
@@dellta5367 dude your the stupid one. The whole world has anxiety dummy.
