- I feel vigorous, wonderful aliveness and exhilaration when walking barefoot in magnificent, awe-inspiring Mother Nature. My senses are heightened, my feet are on alert as they navigate the stony, pebbly, hard, slightly muddy and at times super slippery paths… but every cell in me is laughing with joy, happiness, health and vitality!

Thank you very much! ❤️ That day perhaps 10 kilometres, the next day we walked up river through the gorge - 4-5 km, and yesterday we did a very long 16 km hike… videos will follow 😊

Try doing Yoga barefoot ona nail bed. It will be painful or maybe not for you. But you will feel magical after that. It will be like feeling so light and restarted. Ancient Indian practice
Wow, the hike through the mountain looks absolutely stunning. You must have tough soles with the pace you were walking at. It made me 😊 when your partner was tip toeing across the rocks and stones barefoot when he tried. Do you ever take some kind of a medical kit if you had an accident on your barefeet when hiking?
Thank you you so much! ❤ when my partner walks I 😊😂also! We have walked barefoot together for hours but only on soft grass. We have never taken a medical kit with us perhaps only because fortunately we have never had a major accident 🙏😊

Oh, of course, they do sometimes, depending on the type of stones and on how my feet land on them… but just like with being in icy waters for a long time, you feel the cold but consciously embrace the discomfort 😊❤

Thank you so much! I haven’t had blisters for a while now… but I did get them often when I started walking barefooted a couple of years ago. I would wear shows until they heal and then back to walking barefooted until the next blisters 😅😅.
