I forgot all about this race, but had a Husky-Shepard as a boy and must have been influenced by a Warnerbro. cartoon because I remember shouting, "Mush!" at my dog.
Very Nice! Star Spangled Banner as it should be!! Love the angles you got in these shots! Such happy dogs! Why are some dogs pulling two sleds though? Looked like a great time even if it was just ceremonial! Thank you for the awesome video! 😁
This video was the ceremonyal start, so people get to ride with a musher for the day. The official start was today. I’m on the trail now and should drop a video of the official start in the next few days. .
I ask you, why does anyone need to know about sexual preference in the Iditarod? Does anyone else declare their intimacy in that event, is it even relevant? No, of course not. It's a bludgeon of intimidation - "I DEMAND you love me ...or else!" that flag represents a forceful degenerate oppressive dominance over a nation, don't be deceived that's EXACTLY what it is. These people have stomped on and desecrated all of societies boundary's of civility and respect to the point where they've pushed themselves into a corner they cannot get out of. Otherwise, nice video you got some great shots! haha (sorry, I'm just fed-up with ALL of these shenanigans infiltrating and tainting everything good in our nations.)
The Iditarod is an amazing experience. Over the years the greatest athletes on earth have traveled to Nome and never questioned why they pulled sleds. Additionally, as time has passed, I’ve had many favorite sled riders: Susan Butcher, Martin Boozer, Jeff King, Allie Zerkle and Dallas Seavey to name a few. To me, the race seems to go on without the political overpowering that has crept into much of our lives. However, behind the scenes, sponsorship is down because people have brought politics into an event that is meant to commemorate the life saving serum run and celebrate the unforgiving wilderness that makes up much of Alaska. It is truly the Last Great Race. Thank you for watching.
Thank you my friend! Really appreciate this one!!!! 👍
A fantastic experience and the snow really make it unique.
Off to Nome.

Love it.
Can I ask? Are the dogs actually wearing paw protection???
Every dog is wearing protection on their feet. 👍🏽

Thank you so kindly.
@@YanksandBritsProductions Perhaps someday, but this year I only went to mile three. Last year I camped at mile 13. Both trips have been epic.
@@YanksandBritsProductions I believe you need to pay on the website for live videos
@@lindsayschoures8195 Bummer. I’ll drop 2 or 3 more videos from the official start this week: One should drop today.
I've gone insane
สวัสดีครับ
everything should be oranic. Everyone should only wear eskimo parka!
That would be a great add value to the experience.
