Today I ride the pretty Aprilia RSV4 on one of my most favorite roads ever ridden.

Es geht. Meines Wissens gibt es ab der RSV4 RR keine wirklichen Probleme mehr. Wenn nur Kleinigkeiten.

At 5:05 it looks like you are downshifting without the clutch. Is there an aftermarket blipper on this? If so, could you share which one it is? Looks smooth.

It's actually without blipper AND without clutch, like every other motorcycle.
You can do this if you got to know the bike a bit and I'll explain you, how to do it:
1. you are OFF throttle, so the bike pushes the engine
2. you apply medium pressure to the gear shifter for downshift (not hard but you press a little)
3. you rock the throttle a bit AND at the same time you apply a good healthy pressure for the downshift (like a normal downshift with clutch)
The trick lies in the throttle rock. If you are already on high rpm, you need quite a bit of "punch" in the rock vs. if you are on very low rpm, you almost don't need to rock it!
I hope that helps. Try it out, if you are gentle and play a bit you'll learn it quick and it's not bad for your gear at all! (as long as you learn it to be smooth ;))
