-1kg Liver
-6 medium fresh tomatoes
-2 sachets of Tomatoes
-3 medium onions
-1 tablespoon of garlic
- tablespoon of ginger
-tablespoon of pepper (optional)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
-1/2 teaspoon tyme
-1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
-1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup leeks
A sprinkle of green spices.
