Hi dear, there's no Local name for Spinach , you can get Fresh Spinach from Shoprite or you can Use Ugu or Green as an Alternative, I used Spinach because I couldn't get Green Vegetable, for me Liver Sauce is best prepared With Green or Ugu. Spinach is just an Alternative because we find it difficult to get Ugu and Green Vegetable here in Europe....!
