Sorry to hear about the knee, hopefully you’ll get it sorted. I’ve had to do some exercises to strengthen mine, as the cycling wasn’t helping. Take care

Thanks James. Yeah, it’s one of those things. Old wounds playing up. Despite the strength exercises. Needed more rest probably than I gave it. It’s getting there.

@@DuncMcNutt Mr D I’ve been doing lighter slower training with the legs and using the cycling as the main exercise at present. Only started Feb so will see how it goes. Glad you’re on the bike though matey, nice to see the vlogs again😊👍

It’s a good road that isn’t it. I do like the rougher gravely technical roads. Must be the cyclocross days still hiding in me.
