1) first try to lock the muscles near your ankle and try to keep it that way when you juggle(bare in my
that sometimes your toes will point up if you are in shoes it's no worries since it's only little(do not curl too much), do not focus
on the toes. just focus on the muscles near your ankle tight, this will lock your ankle.
2)try to hit the underside middle of the ball with your middle of the foot while ankle locked as explained above
3)also move your leg from the knee down not the hip down, this is so important just move your knee when you
juggle not the whole leg or the hip
I hope this helps. I am also very happy since i got this after so many months, also currently i am trying to develop
my weak foot as well so don't forget it.
