Go back with me to 4 years ago before I had braces. Fast forward to 2023 getting my braces off and sharing my journey, which is still ongoing.
I talk a little bit about what it was like having braces, tongue tamers, a retainer, and aftercare/maintenance when your braces come off.

My orthodontist was Szymanowski Orthodontics in Sacramento! Loved him, and his office they're the best. They worked with me until I was ready commit to having my braces put on. Overall it was a great experience.
