I’m very much enjoying your Okinawa series. Having spent most of my life there, I miss it so much. I think Okinawa has a way of getting and staying in your heart no matter who you are. It’s a very special island. Thank you for filming this and your other Okinawa videos on Shinichi’s World! 🌺
You guys killed me with the Charlies Tacos, one of my favorite all time places to eat. Lived in Okinawa twice for total of about 9.5 years. Love and miss that island
Satoshi mentioning his childhood lemon flavour madeleine was a sweet moment, like when Marcel Proust was remembering the taste of madeleine in his novel A la recherche du temps perdu.
I love the Okinawan videos the most. It has been so long since I was there. I miss the Okinawan taco rice the most. So unlike the taco rice on the main land or in Mexico. So original. Wish you tried some in Naha.
I 💖Tabi Eats Equally as much as Shinichi's World! I love every type of food you have ever shown on this channel. 11:10 I agree Satoshi I need a coffee with my donuts!
I lived in Okinawa when I was a young boy 1973-77 my dad was there as a young boy 1955-58. Just got back from a wonderful trip. Wife is half Okinawan and unfortunately missed one of their biggest festivities, Okinawans from Peru, Brazil, Argentina and across the world.
Oh my gosh boys! Every single place that you visited, looked so delicious! Fukusuke no Tamagoyaki is definitely going on my bucket list. I love dashimaki! I told you that I don't care for runny eggs or runny egg yolk. Dashimaki, I can handle. :) The muchi is something that I would like as well. And those tacos, my goodness! I'm such a ground beef and ground chicken taco person. Not sure about the tuna salad one, but I'm game. Thank you for touring the island and taking us on this foodie adventure with you. Okinawa is my dream location. I am absolutely loving this series!
You're right of course @Mindy's Mom - as always - it all looks delicious indeed. When I finally come to Japan for my Christmasmarket_Stall I will try something - for sure!
The soft serve looks a bit like you could use it in "spaghetti eis". Some german Gelato dish, where you press vanilla gelato through a potatoe press, so you get strands that look like Spaghetti, over a bit of whipped cream for hight and put strawberry sauce as tomatoe sauce and white chocolate sprinkles as parmesan on top. Newer versions can be with different Gelato and fruit but that's the classic one.
You guy’s are wonderful! My wife and I love watching your travel videos, you both do an awesome job! From filming , to reveiwing the food you try . I love that you both show the sights of the destinations you travel to as well as the local food. I love Japan, and the culture, though I don’t think I’ll ever get to visit there. Just wanted to say, we love you guys!😊👍🏽
That Egg Sandwich Looks Beautiful Shinichi And Satoshi Please Enjoy This Delicious And Incredibly Oishi Sandwich Moment My Good Friends Cheers 2 U Guys. 👍👍😎🏆
Charlie’s Tacos has the best Okinawan tacos on island imho. That area where you ate the pie is called Sunabe. Decent surfing area when the waves are up. 🤙🏽
Being from west Texas, Charlie's was on regular rotation for me and the family just because of the word "taco". Great, unique tacos that won't disappoint, no matter where you're from.
OMG I miss Charlie’s tacos! I have been waiting for you to show this. But I do have plenty of recommendations next time you’re in Okinawa you need to check out Ari. Kirin or as us Americans the garlic house. I also love ono kau kau in Chatan near restaurant American American.
I think one of my favourite things in Japan is the pudding - purin. There are one to two places I would visit again just for the pudding. We've been making Okinawan Taco Rice at home and we love it. I would love to try the tacos. I really need to get to Okinawa now. 😀🍮
Hi Guys . Some great food on this video. The mocha in the banana leaf , ice cream from Carol, The cakes 🍰 and Donuts 🍩 from Zyhvago , America America had some delicious pies, Charlie’s 🌮 and reasonably priced too and some amazing scenery and coastlines . Arigato 😀👍
Reminds me of Miami and Hawaii, so I’d love to stay there and go lay by the sea everyday, and swim in a pool I’m sure they have in hotels there. But I’ve told my sister we must goto Hawaii.
Thank you. I live in Nz but could never come to Japan. Greetings. Yr vlogs are interesting and informative. I love ❤ yr reactions to new scenes and foods. Yr history of the sites is awesome. Nga mihi ki a korua e koa
🤗Every single thing you tried looks so good!! Especially those tacos!! And those egg "sandwiches" YUMMY!! You two wonderful guys have the best videos. Sending hugs from sunny Southern California 😃
Okinawa is so western !it looks nice there but a person who lives in the states wouldn’t really want to visit as a destination I visit other parts of Japan
Do you guys ever go on the sleep over ferries in Japan? Oddly enough I want to go to Japan and just take the ferries. I also want to see Cat island and Nintendo land .
Can you get the onigiri without meat? The egg looks amazing 😭 the pineapple ice cream reminds me of Dole Whip. I wonder if that’s what they tried to replicate
Everything looked delicious. However, the pies looked like they had cake batter poured on top instead of pie crust dough. You could tell there was something crumbly on top of the blueberry pie filling when Shinichi was eating it, which wouldn’t be the case if they used pie dough (also, there would be more pie filling if the bakery used dough instead of whatever it was that they used).
Man that Tuna Taco is so different compared to anything we have in the US even "Fake" Mexican food. I never thought of doing a tuna sandwich in a taco but that's what it looks like. Why is it a little sweet though? Relish? Or just the tomato giving it a natural juicy sweetness?
Ok...I stopped this video 30 seconds in...I pray you had Taco Rice and Cheese...you did not truthfully explore Okinawan street food without it. EDIT...Well, I watched till the end and no Taco Rice with Cheese but you guys scored extra credit points for eating Tacos at the exact spot I met my wife.

Oh wow, can almost feel the atmosphere. So miss Okinawa. One of the most enjoyable life experiences. Wonderful place.

Can't wait to visit this beautiful place
That Egg Sandwich Looks Beautiful Shinichi And Satoshi Please Enjoy This Delicious And Incredibly Oishi Sandwich Moment My Good Friends Cheers 2 U Guys. 👍👍😎🏆
I have seen this sandwich in Chinatown in New York. 4 dollars. its so good but I dont know if its the same. Looks the same.
I can agree with that Black League 100% totally it sure does look very oishi doesn't it. 👍😎😁
Charlie’s Tacos has the best Okinawan tacos on island imho. That area where you ate the pie is called Sunabe. Decent surfing area when the waves are up. 🤙🏽
Those tacos 🌮 look fantastic well done to Okinawa for there version of such a popular dish .
🌺 love this journey and destination!
Shinichi & Satoshi are awesome!!!!!
looks like a great place to live or vacation thank you guys for the tour

Man that looks so darn good!
I wonder how those tacos are made of, if it is a crepe with egg in the mixture since its color is yellow.
Yellow cornmeal.
Mexican here. Corn tortilla has a different yellow color, its more like creamy white.
@@restaurantman looks very intense to be cornmeal
I am salivating over your soft serve ice cream. Wish I had some right now.

Such a wonderful place. Thanks to you both! When you travel, it feels you are bringing us with you as well.
I too, have smol mouth problems. That egg sandwich looked so good though!
Those tacos looked amazing :)
Thanks Tabi Eats it's a blessing to view the channel. I want to know are there much cookies that are common in Japanese bakeries?
Thank you! Most common cookies in Japanese bakeries tend to be French inspired ones. Shortbread type cookies are also popular.
Reminds me of Miami and Hawaii, so I’d love to stay there and go lay by the sea everyday, and swim in a pool I’m sure they have in hotels there. But I’ve told my sister we must goto Hawaii.
This was a GREAT Video! I really loved it. I can't wait to visit Okinawa myself. Thanks guys!

Very enjoyable video 😊.
You went to Charlie’s! Did you guys visit King Taco too? We love it.
We went to King Tacos before. We have an older video of it on this channel.
We’ve never gone because we both get terrible seasickness.
now i'm so hungry!
If you’re still in Okinawa please check out Chicken and papa, probably one of the best chicken you will ever try
Can you get the onigiri without meat? The egg looks amazing 😭 the pineapple ice cream reminds me of Dole Whip. I wonder if that’s what they tried to replicate
yummy!
Yummy happiness😋

Possibly the mayo they used in the tuna salad might be sweetened.
That’s some egg sandwich!! Thank you us. This is how I get to Japan. Through your eye! 💕👍👌🫶
so many closed shōtengai storefronts... is it from the owners living above the shot who don't want to move, but don't want to run the shop anymore?
I honestly thought it was Waikiki, if you hadn't mentioned Okinawa lol.
so fish tacos are a thing is southern California but it isn't made like tuna salad but grilled fish.
It's been years since the last time I watched your vlog. And now that I'm watching I feel like I'm betraying you guys.
😋🤤😋🤤😋
The taco shell is like a crepe...
