Fenugreek seeds are considered to be one of the most effective remedies to treat hair fall issues. fenugreek seeds also have high protien and nicotinic acid content, which are known to be beneficial against hair fall and dandrudf, treat variety of scalp issues like dryness of scalp, baldness and hair thinning. Fenugreek seeds are rich source of iron and protien that are two essential nutrients for hair growth.
Take one and half glass water
soak two spoon fenugreek
Rest one night
Then filter the water and reuse the fenugreek again with new one and half glass water
Do touch up oiling
After 5 minutes
apply this fenugreek water entire scalp
Then wash after 10 minutes
Do weekly 3 times for Better result
we started again 6 day routine for summer hair care so use first three days this fenugreek water.
