I wish the industry would quit fortifying wheat flour with folic acid. Thank you for informing your viewers that many of us don't easily convert it to a usable form. Eat beans and greens.
Regarding mammograms for breast cancer survivors: I'm a 71 year old breast cancer survivor of 24 years. The reason women get regular mammograms after breast cancer diagnosis [and treatment] is to check for a potential recurrence because breast cancer survivors are more susceptible. I'm disappointed that Dr G didn't seem to understand the question and therefore did not respond professionally. I would refer you to Dr Kristi Funk (plant based breast doctor) to learn how to prevent and treat breast cancer. Dr. Greger is not an expert in this area and his views on Mammograms are not the final word.
Our pool is kept 84° year round 24/7. The warmth invigorates me. I love being able to avoid the chill factor. To be frank, that temperature is wonderful year-round. 😂
2:20 0.3kg increase over 13 weeks (by adding 40g ontop of the rda) isnt that little actually if u train 6 days a week (as a beginner, who gains a lot of muscle still) ull gain ~700g muscle per month for advanced athletes thats about half that (350g per month) - so for advanced athletes these mere "0.3 kg" r actually 1 month worth over a 3ish month period (33% increase)
I did not see your comment until after I posted mine. I agree. It seems to be getting worse as time goes on. He needs to get some help with the problem considering he is a professional person who does a lot of speaking.

I really like a cold swimming pool. I feel invigorated. Can't wait to hear your findings/video about cold immersion.
Aren't u concerned about the penis shrinkage becoming permanent?

@jackschitt6235 I wouldn't think so, as far as I know, the name Judy belongs to females
@@jackschitt6235 the cold reduces inflammation. You should be concerned about that.
@judyheard6266 U never responded to the concern about the penis shrinkage becoming permanent though.
questions have become much better somehow
like 3 years ago or so 95% of the questions were beyond trivial xD
There really is such a thing as kakadu plums. They are native to Australia.

Did he say amla powder is not good anymore? A quarter teaspoon was his recommended dose. Anyone else catch what he said about amla powder?
I think he’s only saying the taste is so intense that it’s hard to even eat a quarter teaspoon.
@lillianmoffatt2668 thank you, that makes sense.
