Is it still possible to do the 104 damage combo? I'm having difficulty consistantly going into the heat stage and hitting the enemy. Their legs aren't facing upwards so It's extremely hard to hit them, did the recent patch do anything to this combo?
Edit: Okay I got it now, you just have to dash into heat with a certain timing. Thanks for the vid.

Does it matter if i play devil jin on the left side? Ive seen a lot of people saying he should be on the right. It’s my first time playing tekken so I dont know anything but I really want to learn
Everyone has their preferences on which side to play on. Some people find it easier to do electrics on P2 side which is why I see a lot Mishimas choose this.
how do i do the hell sweep?????
Is DJ still any good after that big nerf? I've been thinking about learning him for an upcoming tourney. Since I mainly play Kaz, do you think I'll be able to get the hang of his style pretty easily?
Yes DJ is still very strong and it will be easier for you to learn him as you already play kazuya 😊
I'm no Rookang 😂😂 but imo he is still stronger than kaz. Ive been a hard-core sweaty mishima for decades and THIS version of dj is amazingly strong! With you being a kaz main I think you would be super successful with dj! Let us know how it goes if you don't mind!

How do you deal with opponents who keep blocking?
Try hitting them with your faster lows, or command throwd like df2+3 or uf1+2

I enjoyed this a lot. Ive hard commited to maining devil jin in 8. Hei was my main for like 20 years and Reina is pretty cool, i played her the first few weeks but she lacked that more "classic" mishima feel eventough dj is pretty juiced up now granted 😂 kaz will always be my secondary but this version of dj is just sick af!

FD2 was one of the best counter DVJ had. T8 is too gimmicky.
