That had to be the largest shallot I have ever seen! I can only find French Shallots which are a fraction of the size. Thank you for providing recipes for frozen vegetables as they always seem to turnout flavorless and or mush. Literally had a bag of frozen green beans in my hand the other day while shopping and put back thinking 'why bother' it will probably be gross. Will be trying out these recipes for sure!
Love making a bowl with Cauliflower rice, black beans, salsa, rotisserie chicken, guac and spicy ranch (Greek yogurt, minced garlic and herbs and siracha)
Thanks for sharing this..I used to make this bowl all the time with white rice and quit making it becuz I can't be moderate with rice, I gorge on rice so this is the perfect solution.
A tip to get rid of the "cabbage smell/taste" of the cauliflower rice is to dry fry it in the skillet til all moisture evaporates bf adding any recipe flavorings. The only way I can palate it. 🐱
I never would’ve thought of using frozen brussels sprouts. I roast fresh ones fairly often. Why is it they cook faster than fresh? Is it because they are pre-cooked to some extent?
