- It's okay not to know what your next step is
-Trust life for there is already a greater plan for you
-Past failures and mistake do not mean future failures
- Take responsibility for everything in your life - the good and the bad. Take life into your own hands.
- Many people will want to be in your life once you are successful, but do not forget how they ignored you when they saw no value in you. Never forget that. It shows a lot about them and who they are
- Always remember those who believed in you when no one else did. Show gratitude to them. even if it's years later

It means do not settle for mediocrity. Always aim for the best at anything you do.
xysyteria I don’t recommend doing this because of burnout but I used to tell myself that average is failing and I’m a disgrace and I’m going to end up on the streets when I finish school until I really felt like a failure after every average grade (but don’t do this I’m only telling you this so you don’t end up doing it because it lead to misery and eventually worse grades)

2 years ago I watched this video, I was upgrading my grade 12 results , it was really not easy , I had to move to a different province, adapting to a new a place and studying at the same time was very hard, but I’m proud to say today I’m doing my 2nd year in Varsity, and this video is still carrying me.

Three years ago I was placed on academic dismissal with a 0.6 GPA. Every day over these past three years I’ve made multiple attempts to get into multiple colleges. My family thinks I’m obsessed and should find another way at this point. One of them I received a cease and desist letter from (again, the letter came last month) due to scaring one of the workers. Either I stop calling her or I get legal action.

@@georgewilson8932 Charles Darwin University is an online uni, they allow for people not in Australia to join. I think you in US. Try researching CDU or how to get into uni without a GPA
@@georgewilson8932 I really do believe in you. If you really wanna change, you will. Maybe take a year off, discover your passion by trying MANY things and when you find your thing, do some certificate courses in it, achieve something big in it and nothing will stop you.

I'm a straight-A student and my best advice is to pretend to be interested in class. It sounds weird, but if you just look at the teacher when they are teaching and act engaged, you will soak up so much more info and actually become interested in the subjects being taught. Many students end up slouching over during class, looking unhappy, and in extreme cases falling asleep. If you simply look engaged, you will be over time. Happy learning and always remind yourself of your unlimited capabilities.

I am a straight a student myself but I see reactions that parents are dissapointed when it does not work or you yourself are disappointed. Don't be you are doing great. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched this video through the semester. It’s been hard as hell. Junior year engineering kicked my butt. I’ve had so many external struggles this semester but I’ve never stopped trying. Effort and determination are everything. This is the last day of my first semester starting my bachelor's in social work. This has been the hardest semester I've ever had in my associates. But I made it through and I'm saving this link for the next semester.

This is by far my favourite motivational speech of all time. It helped me pull through my first year. And now we're going to get that medical degree ❤️✊.
"Everybody wants a future, but everybody wants to be average." hit HARD, I used to be head girl, straight A's, moved countries and had to juggle between a job, growing up, and a college schedule that made me feel mediocre, that made me feel average. I am uncomfortable, I am uncomfortable with what I am doing with my life and I have a goal in my mind that I want to reach. That I really want to reach. When I'm absent because I feel burnt out, when I stay home thinking this isn't for me, or maybe I should just drop out, I keep rewatching this. I need to hear it, again and again. Because when I come back and reply to this, it better be because I've achieved what I wanted to achieve, and more.
I am leaving my cmt over here to get remind everytime whenever someone likes it ....And each the time I will be motivated.
I used to be talented one but now I feel myself as dumbest person . It's being hard for me to study as like used to do. I am always stucked on social medias ..Exams are just a day far but still not prepared..I wanna be the older me when I had hunger for my every works...Hope I will be progressing ...I wanna give my parents everything that they deserve....❣️🙏😣❤️

Same!! I dropped in my pre-nationals and everyone is asking me what happened and all. I cried but now I’m back stronger than ever. Yk those girls who become stronger after a heart break, I’m one of them except that the cause was of my grades. I’m motivated than ever to prove them in my nationals that’s starting on 31st October. They better be afraid of me because I am starving!

I was an A+ student and at the top of my class but during pandemic my average dropped a lot which at that time I was a 6th grader but now I'm a 8th grader and my marks and average aren't that great, I've been studying all night yet my results are bad. i was about to give up until I watched this video and I said to myself " never give up no matter what they say". My parents say that I'm a dissapoiment , but I wanna say thank you to the person who owns the video you made me see myself and continue my goals thank you so much
Found that video at the beginning of my journey toward getting into med school in winter 2022. I‘ve watched that video hundreds of times and studied so so much. Ultimately, it was worth it. I got into med school and will start in 3 weeks!!👀You can do it everybody…whatever it may be! Failures are part of the journey. I failed the entry test myself last year but got up, studied even more, and in the end, finished with the 30th best result out of 2100 people.🙏Everything is possible if you really want to; discipline and consistency are everything!

This video used to encourage me alot during studies but now I am here as a graduate encouraged by this video and thanks to myself and God for not giving up.
I could come up with ample of excuses for being ignorant and lazy when it comes to my studies after 2nd semester started for me in college this year, the hunger and the drive that I had for 12th grade was slowly starting to diminish but now I feel like I am realizing what I am lacking and that was patience and discipline more than anything. Thanks to this video, I feel inspired and rejuvenated, I WILL turn my mess into my message soon by becoming a better version of myself.

I found this when I was in 9th grade and just remembered it now while I'm 11th grade. And it's still the best motivation I've ever heard... The strong meanings both words and voice are holding.... I can understand it much better now as i matured, only when you have a goal that you're longing for, when you're going through everything in your way while this goal embraces you all through the way, you'll understand how deep, effective and motivated those words are... My God, when he said WHY? WHY DID YOU START IN THE FIRST PLACE? and the example of hunger.. I'm really in love with every single detail this video holds.
