A section said, when you set out to achieve something, you feel a drawback, some sort of constraint/restriction in a wall. This restriction stops you from taking on your challenges, it cripples you. The restriction might be in form of past occurrence, talk about doubts, negative emotions, fears of failing again, and the only way to progress is when you overcome this challenge. O must say that's what I'm currently facing, I feel stocked in life, I feel like I need to move, but I'm not doing anything, more like saying I've lost momentum.
You are not alone trust me. The hardest thing to overcome is ourselves. But we have to push past the doubt, fear, and insecurities or we will never become the best version of ourselves.
