I make sure to take health and diet advice from a people equally or more inflamed and red faced as this man because that's exactly what I want to achieve. Even better if they have the floppy gizzard neck going on, a true sign of good diet and health.

I love tomatoes and have never had a problem with them. However, I eat the large tomatoes because the cherry tomatoes are much more expensive..for that they are then even more unhealthy. Soon I will have my own from my garden.

Where did you get that information? And why don't you just check the facts? Because that's just not true. Colloquially, wild tomato is used for several unrelated Solanum species with tomato-like fruit or leaves. The term is inaccurate and may be dangerous, as some of these species may be fatally poisonous.

My baby is super allergic to tomatoes but I was mostly eating cherry tomatoes with eggs every morning. I figured it’s all nightshades. 😅thank god I figured this out bc I’m done to a very minimal restricted diet and it’s killing me mentally

I have 12 cherry tomato plants of all different kinds growing organically in my garden. Im going to eat them every day and be just fine.

Hi there! Tomatoes are FULL of lectins, but if you're able to prepare them without the skins and seeds, that removes the lectins. 🙌
