I just stumbled upon enlightening but the real issue is that HR at least in America they don't even do their job and the fact that they hire people that are not leaders they just put anyone in America in a position management trainee program for two years then became a supervisor then became a manager but I see teachers get promoted to principles without having the key steps necessary to be a leader at least here in America and American leadership is sucks that's all companies are feeling left and right

Well it seems like an area for person who enjoys being a moderator. I don't think that fits me but who know what the future holds.
