Russia uses bots to spam the same condensed ideas over and over again, and people end up learning those ideas through simply encountering them so many times. I would assume Ukranian right wingers are very supportive of Ukraine's defense, however some right-wingers in eastern Ukraine that have been consumed by Russian propaganda probably support Russia albeit hopefully they're a minority in that part of Ukraine.

Because I lived most of my life in Oklahoma I don't like any of them 4 you mentioned. @@upper4921 A lot of older people believe that the time under a soviet regime was better, mostly because after the soviet union collapsed a lot of the power was taken by the local mafias and people from the old regime, so it wasn't like we instantly got american-esque democracy, even to this day most ex-soviet and ex-eastern bloc countries have a shaky democracy at best. Paying off poorer gypsies (which is the majority of gypsies in a lot of Balkan countries) with absolutely 0 political knowledge to vote for your candidate and party and other shady tricks are still common place.
That is not to say they are correct though. Especially after some of us (balkan countries) joined the EU, we're much more prosperous.

This might have been mentioned later in the video so if it is mb - but the reason their talking points are all so identical is because it comes from the bots you were looking at, not from real people. Russia uses bots to spam the same condensed ideas over and over again, and people end up learning those ideas through simply encountering them so many times. Eventually real people start saying the exact same things as the bots, and then it spreads into whole communities who are all saying the same things to each other. It's the reason memes spread much faster than more elaborate ideas.

Right but Putin isn’t like the SU and just wishes for HIS country to be great. He is the only reason that his people aren’t in an economic slave state from the powerful and rich business men that took over after the fall of the Soviets. He has actually been developing infrastructure, business, trade, and the collection of needed resources for his people. Don’t get me wrong I don’t like his leadership style but it’s the only way Russia has been able to accomplish what they have. They were in a deep dark recession when Putin received the Country and at least the person in charge isn’t a Kim-Jung Un or worse. The only reason a peace treaty in Ukraine wasn’t signed was because of NATO telling Ukraine not to. How can you possibly sit here and say that Putin is the bad guy. Especially when it was US who put 11 CIA bases in Ukraine before the war ever started. What if Russia put 11 KGB bases in f***ing Mexico. However Russia obviously lies when they deny having troop or involvement in the civil war/ conflict in the Donbas. I was OBSESSED with all the Trump / Russia connections. I thought it was common knowledge there was some credence to it - despite the over-estimation (and subsequent disappointment) from some corners of the media.
And the Mueller Report was undermined because Barr rushed out an inaccurate summary and mischaracterised it as a “nothing burger”.
But, yeah, there was definitely SOME meat to the speculation. But fealty to Trump was at such a fever pitch that his Cabinet successfully fixed the public perception of it as a bit of Democratic Party fabulism.
