The Wii Sports Resort Stamp Sequel is now out! Go check it out here: ua-cam.com/video/HykWorLqPCE/v-deo.html Welcome everyone from Poofesure's video(s)! I used to be the speedrun WR Holder of Wii Sports, and I like uploading highly informative (and sometimes funny) content surrounding the Wii Sports Series, so stick around if you're interested in that sort of thing!
Here's my personal ranking of all the Platinum Medals from Difficult to Easy 1. Putting 2. Hitting the Green 3. Tennis Target Practice 4. Golf Target Practice 5. Boxing Throwing Punches 6. Baseball Batting Practice 7. Baseball Hitting Home Runs 8. Tennis Time Your Swing 9. Tennis Returning Balls 10. Bowling Picking Up Spares 11. Bowling Spin Control 12. Boxing Dodging 13. Bowling Power Throws 14. Baseball Swing Control 15. Boxing Working The Bag
The only platinum medal I have is Target Practice (Golf) which I earned a few years ago. Felt like quite a fluke at the time so to see it ranked #2 on this list makes me thankful for the one time I played it freakishly well 😂
It took me 2 years to get all the platinum medals. However, in my opinion, I found the tennis and baseball ones the easiest except for returning balls and batting practice. The bowling ones were a struggle for me and the golf ones too especially putting. But in my opinion putting and throwing punches are the hardest platinum medals in the game. Also, on the surprising note, I got every single platinum medal with my non-dominant hand which was a real shocker to me.
The first platinium i ever got was hitting home runs i just positioned the bat in the middle of the screen and that sort of helped me get out of the park
Medals I have for every training game: Tennis: Returning Balls: Gold Timing Your Swing: Gold Target Practice: Gold Baseball: Hitting Home Runs: Gold Swing Control: Gold Batting Practice: Silver Bowling: Picking up Spares: Platinum Power Throws: Platinum Spin Control: Platinum Golf: Putting: Gold Hitting the Green: Gold Target Practice: Silver Boxing: Working the Bag: Platinum Dodging: Platinum Throwing Punches: Gold
@@ShockwaveTLS Lemme tell you something. I've NEVER, EVER gotten a Platinum in "Sports." Here are three reasons why I couldn't get a Platinum: 1- It is so hard to get,; only professionals like you and AGL [AwesomeGamerland for short] can get Platinums first and foremost. 2- The closest I've ever got was when I was playing Swing Control with myself against my classmates, which blue player got 60 points, the most points ever scored in 2024; the other one was when I had 4 completely random people playing Hitting Home Runs from a fictional world; either blue or red player got 10 HR's and 5,450 FT, which is 200 feet away from a gosh darn Platinum! [sigh] When can I get any better?!?!?! 3- Most of my training games I've played have gotten either Bronze, Gold, and/or Silver, and I've been waiting for a Platinum ever since I've gotten the game! And that's all I have to say. Hopefully I'll get my platinums soon and hopefully you'll give me some advice on how to get them.
The best I ever got in power throws was a gold medal, and I remember I wasn’t good at getting some of the levels in power throws, but I remember getting a strike for the tenth round twice (without that one secret) and I was screaming as it happened the first time (I was 6 then)
Nice! Hope you get all the platinum medals soon! I’m rooting for you man. Also I was doing platinum medals a couple weeks ago, and i got every single platinum medal with my non dominant hand (my left hand).
You give working the bag much less credit then it’s worth because many times us as kids were just flailing the controller and not taking good care of them because I came back to it and my controllers have terrible connection and it’s so difficult to get plat in😭
For the dodging game, I’d recommend pressing the home button so your view of the trainer isn’t blocked and you can more easily see where he’s about to throw.
My mic seems to be on its way out, I bought a new one for future videos, so sorry about some of the plosives and breathing you might hear 😅 And if you didn't then uh Oops What would you change for your list?
for my list i would definitly put boxing on number 15. for me the thing with power throws is that i sometimes get it first try and sometimes it will take me a whole afternoon. also ur mic sounded oki doki to me🙂
I'd say without a doubt picking up spares is the easiest; getting the correct amount of spin can be very finicky at times, while not much skill is needed for the spares
0:57-1:02 made me laugh. Also, putting gold is DEFINITELY harder than the 20 lane bowling platinums. In my opinion putting should be 5, 7, 9, 10 for each medal
If you mean the golf one it is played almost exactly the same as regular golf, so if you're really good at the main mode you'll crush that challenge, it's just being good at golf as a whole is very hard compared to the other challenges that test you on less skills. I can definitely see why I've seen multiple people that one is easy when I find it super hard
Respond to me of who gotten the platinum medal of golf putting which is of course number one most hardest Wii sports platinum medal training of all time

This is a very well-made video! Good advice, and good explanations all around.
Congrats on 2K🎉
came here to confirm proofs claims, was not disappointed.

The first platinium i ever got was hitting home runs i just positioned the bat in the middle of the screen and that sort of helped me get out of the park

I got a platinum in hittuing the green today. I'm tied with poofesure with 8 platinums except that I have all the tennis ones and 0 bowling ones
Nice! Hope you get all the platinum medals soon! I’m rooting for you man. Also I was doing platinum medals a couple weeks ago, and i got every single platinum medal with my non dominant hand (my left hand).
I have 2 baseball ones, completed the home runs and timing my swing, hitting the tennis balls and the punching bags one in boxing
Ironically I only have platinums for the golf challenges and none of the others, but that putting one took weeks of solid play to get
Putting was definitely the easiest platinum in golf for me. Hitting the green was very difficult and target practice I never won
Nice video 👍 and well put together
The minimum distance in Hitting Home Runs is actually 1725 m
It was also my first platinum ever, at 1736 m
3:06 dude it took me 10 tries lol i feel trash
I mean they are still platinum medals at the end of the day, so don't worry if it took longer than expected
@@ShockwaveTLS thats ok, it’s all subjective anyway. Good vid, subbed
i honestly think the target practice (tennis) training is really easy, it just takes a bit of patience
You give working the bag much less credit then it’s worth because many times us as kids were just flailing the controller and not taking good care of them because I came back to it and my controllers have terrible connection and it’s so difficult to get plat in😭
Nice video. Would you consider doing all the stamps in Resort?
For the dodging game, I’d recommend pressing the home button so your view of the trainer isn’t blocked and you can more easily see where he’s about to throw.
The platinum medals that I have gotten on Wii sports so far are:
Working the bag
Throwing punches
Dodging
Swing control
Picking up spares
So hard that even Poof didn’t want to complete it😂😂😂
My mic seems to be on its way out, I bought a new one for future videos, so sorry about some of the plosives and breathing you might hear 😅
And if you didn't then uh
Oops
What would you change for your list?
Ew baseball 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀☠️☠️☠️
for my list i would definitly put boxing on number 15. for me the thing with power throws is that i sometimes get it first try and sometimes it will take me a whole afternoon. also ur mic sounded oki doki to me🙂
I hit Matt 10 times and still got the platinum medal 😂
You punch quite fast then, I hit Matt twice the only time I ever got the platinum
I'd say without a doubt picking up spares is the easiest; getting the correct amount of spin can be very finicky at times, while not much skill is needed for the spares
BRO I JUST GOT PLATINUM IN THE FIRST TENNIS ONE OMG OMG OMG I GOT 106!!!! NO CAP I SWEAR
No cap on god or only no cap
you should probably do all 100 stamps in resort from easiest to hardest
Am I the only one who just can’t moon ball?
Same i don’t get the technique for that at all
poof gang RISE UP
0:57-1:02 made me laugh. Also, putting gold is DEFINITELY harder than the 20 lane bowling platinums. In my opinion putting should be 5, 7, 9, 10 for each medal
I got putting today but I still think hitting the green might be harder
The only one ive been able to get was your number 3 hardest, im not close on anything else
Definitely try Spin Control if you want your 2nd Platinum, once you know how to throw the ball over the barrier it's nearly free
Poofesure viewer here!
Personally I found Target Practice to be one of the easiest lol. It was my first platinum medal
@@ShockwaveTLS no I mean’t the tennis one lol.
only two i dont agree with are power throws and working the bag
Me too I’ve been working on working the bag for so long and if you have old controllers it’s very difficult
How can you get platinum in boxing if you don’t have good nunchucks
Am i the only person who finds tennis target practice very easy?
No
Poofesure sent us
Respond to me of who gotten the platinum medal of golf putting which is of course number one most hardest Wii sports platinum medal training of all time
Anyone else here from Poofesure?
-I said spinning the ball--
poof is just bad at throwing punches, its by far the easiest
