Well there isn't an actual game . Devs are developing a gaming engine and using SE blocks to test it. So there isn't an actual SE2, not saying there won't be one day. The last time the Devs were asked about a new SE game, they said we are years away from making an actual game using Vrage3 . A lot of the SE2 talk comes from a few youtubers who assumes Vrage 3 means SE2 which I guess at some point will happen but no time soon. All Keen is doing now is creating a new engine for future games.
@@MrGrownman455…then what would the point be of showing off new and better planets. Also, pretty boring to say that they aren’t making it and we aren’t close to it, when all evidence points towards it
how to make this system works? i'm from brazil, and i cannot find how to make those doors first open one part, and then another. and i dont know how to make the reverse system can u help me with that?
Interesting, it looks like the doors are made from small grid blocks that attach to the large grid ship with advanced rotors? Small grid rotors with large grid rotor heads? And they just sit flush with the floor of the ship thanks to the rotor head off set I think? Anyway, very nice design, very industrial while still keeping a sleek form.
you are very correct in your analasys, the 3x3 small grid adv rotor defaults to flush when attached to a large grid rotor part, so no need for adjustments
Hey man, bless from a Brazil fan. I am very intrested in how did you make the rotors merge a small grid to a large grid and match the measures. Can you please make a tutorial? I would love to put this concept in my bases designs.
Not gonna make a tutorial, but: the 3x3 small grid advanced rotor has a default offset of 11. which is flush to the next grid, so with that one you dont need to think about the offset. (This applies even when mixing grid sizes) All you need to do, is to drop a large grid advanced rotor part on top of the small grid 3x3 advanced rotor base, and attach (using your preffered method, i personally use buildvision, but a timer block set to start itself on a 1 sec timer, or just a button is more than enough). be warned tho, the pieces needs to be closer than you think, so if you detach, it wont reattach again until you make the distance between the part and base close again like when they were first put together.
Thank you! i really wanted to have some hydraulics in the build for cool factor, but they ended up not just for esthetics either! they aid the hinges in pulling :D
Its a small grid subgrid, it cant be air tight, youd need a bulkhead behind, i have one thats airtight aswell if you want an example of whay it takes to make one tho. - steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2917183088
@@Kennet0508 Mod work differently on Console than they do on PC or STEAM. Consoles can't have no mods with added scripting to them. WHich i stupid, and the mod must contain base game elements or DLC elements. SO no custom thruster blocks or other things like that.
Excellent ! At first I thought it was a mod! Very nice achievement!
wow i did too untill you said this
when the space engineering is real engineering
Gorgeous stuff! Does it work in survival?
i dont see why it shouldnt? but i can imagine that making it would be a pain xD
@@Kennet0508 Omg, this is made from blocks, I thought it was a mod...
@@Royalb_tea i guess i made it too well then 😂
Beautiful, love the yellow small grid bits and the pistons on hinges! Incredible work! :D
Thank you!
wonder when SE2 is gonna enter alpha.

Amazing! Is this airtight? Can I make it airtight?
not this one unfortunately
Is that magnetic pad up top enough to counter the dreaded klang? Looks awesome by the way!
Most likely it's just making more Klang so if your doing crash tests, might be smart to compare it with and without.
It hinge locks aswell

"Promo SM"
how did you mix small block and large blocks on the same grid???
you can see it from the inside out shot, its two rotors in the roof
neat
I like the touch with the double pistons.

Sad this will never see the console, all we get are full ship build we don't get access to building parts
Just download the blueprint, it's on the workshop.
I thought you got it when it's uploaded to mod.io, isn't that the whole point :p
