@@eyebahnrides I agree, I enjoy watching the rides in the city! I do drive into NYC from time to time, but it's another world ripping around the city on a PEV. Partly fun, partly practical, an adrenaline rush, and completely nuts if you think about it! 🤣 Thanks to you, I've been watching some of these guys on the e-skateboards riding in the city now on YT, these guys take the nuts factor up to 11! LOL!
@@ssoffshore5111 it’s definitely a lot of fun to rip through the city while watching people sit in traffic 😅. lol I always find it funny when some of the other folks message me and or call me out for being reckless. I feel like I’m a very conservative rider that only takes calculated risks lol. I don’t think I could be like these PEV guys that ride like they have a death wish 🤣. I want to come home to my wife and I also like being able to eat solid food with my limbs intact and getting there under my own power 🫡😮💨🙏🏼. Btw some of these guys crank it up to 20 😱
I appreciate that! I didn't just want to repeat info that everyone's heard before. There will also be plenty of videos on POWER POWER POWER POWER lol. I'm sharing information based on my experience of owning a hyper scooter and what I'm thinking of when riding one
Lol... drivin like a rental car with the high speed runs. Nah just playin with ya. It's so cool how you have a good relationship with the shop owner to be able to do these videos. Thank you for all the Nami info you're putting out there. I've never heard of it till I started following you. Keep doing what you do bro!!! Ride That Tasty Wave
Thanks man! I'm doing them a favor by breaking in the suspension and bedding the brakes lmao! I've bought a few things over the years from FFR BK and I also got all my Scooters serviced there. Even before the channel, I've always referred everyone's that asked me about my rides to them. You could say I trust the guys there to take care of my friends and they trust that I'll take care of the demo units based on how I treat my personal rides! I'm grateful to have people I can trust in the industry. I'm glad I could intro you to Nami! They're a great company and I've really enjoyed my BurnE over the last 2+ years.
Thanks for watching this video as well and welcome back to the comments section Racine! I appreciate your kind words and I’m glad you enjoy the video style!
I think the next step for Nami is to possibly use this front suspension design to build something bigger, with more range and power. Would be a good opportunity for Nami to capture the hyper scooter market because weped is not doing a good job of marketing their scooters internationally.
Thanks for watching this video as well @RedMag! I agree with you. It may not be the best looking inverted swingarm in its current version but if they can refine it, it could be amazing. We already know it's super stable and does the job well. I'd love to see Nami do something like the Weped Cyberfold Dark Knight with this design and make a hyperscooter with gigantic wheel lol.
I wished I could design scooters for a company. Guess I just have to start making them? Almost done with the prototype. 27,500 really real watts . Not the bull the others claim, but don't deliver. 89+mph. 80ah @86.5v 320amp total output or 400amp super scooter but that's not why it's so cool!
@sofianeb793 thanks for the interest! I ordered a pizza and try to finish it up tonight .?? I'm a little rusty with Sony Vegas 10? But thanks for the prodding! Had a few major strokes so a little slow . Please forgive. Thanks !
I really like your style of video. Your comments are relevant and you express yourself very well. I would like to do the same style of video myself in Quebec in French. Very good work!!

Can't wait to see you Esk8 again...looking forward to your next video on this new found experience I'm sharing with you to...I got my board and absolutely love this type of PEV...wow..So cool..👊
Thanks for watching this one as well Steven and congrats on your new board! Esk8 is such an different experience from everything else and its been so much fun learning. How's the learning experience been on the Hadean? Episode 3 comes out next week so keep an eye out for that one!
@@eyebahnrides great..can't wait..👍..yes the Hadean is way more than I can handle at the moment but lots of great features and well made..So I'm really enjoying the experience of esk8 and the body is feeling it but in an enjoyable way....I find it so cool to ride these PEVs and getting lots of looks from the bewildered locals..LoL😀..Thanks bro for inspiring me wouldn't have thought I could do it without you lead...Thanks heaps Bro..♥️🙏
Thanks for watching Erock! It's an absolute monster, but much easier to get used to than the Burn E that I have because of the stability from the inverted swing arm. Yup, that's my little test area because the roads are relatively open and straight.
Eyebahn i bought a dualtron thunder 3 and im very disappointed. My sister has a klima and that thing is very fun and very fast. Can you please tell me or go into detail the power delivery of the klima max vs blast max, in terms of torque, acceleration, pull etc. I will be subscribing as well 😊
thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel Thomas! That's interesting about the T3. The things that I hear about it are either really great or really disappointed, there's no middle ground. Your sister has great taste (im totally not biased because I own a Klima hahahaa). On a serious note lol, the klima is incredible for a "middle weight scooter". It's the perfect combination of size, performance and comfort. The Klima Max and Blast Max can be "quite jumpy" on max settings at low speeds. That's in comparison to the buttery smooth delivery of the 72v system they have on the Burn E/ E2/ E2 Max, however, it's not as jumpy as a square wave controller wolf/ dualtron/ weped that's constantly trying to tear your arm off. Just note that the throttle control can be easily learned on these scooters as you get to know it in the first 100 miles. In my opinion, the blast max has the most "brutal" initial take off but the Klima is not that far behind because of the smaller tires and the torquier tune they have on its controller. Check out the video that Ride & Glide where they raced the two scooters. Both the Klima Max and Blast Max are neck and neck until the top end. That's because the Blast tops out over 52mph and the Klima tops out at 42mph. Check out my video where I ride the Blast Max to work because I talk about the power delivery and what it's like to commute with it. Also, feel free to check out my 100 and or 750 mile reviews of the Klima Max. I try to be as fair as possible in the videos and go over different talking points instead of the usual "POWER POWER POWER SPEED SPEED SPEEDDDDD WEEEEE NEEEEEEDDDD MOOOOORRRRREEEE POWERRRRR NOW SMASH THAT LIKE BUTTOOOONNN" approach lol. I hope this helps!
@eyebahnrides thank you for the response. I have no interest in a burn e2. I just subscribed. I just should've been more specific, is the pull on the blast max alot more or similar to the klima ?
I forget how brutally quick they are. Even after putting thousands of miles on scooters, I still get shocked 😅. Hahaha maybe one day I’ll pull a hooligan and lane split on that highway 🫡
Great video as usual. The front end dipping might be the preload on the front suspension. I had that on my burn e 2 max, and i had to adjust the preload for my weight.
Thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel Francisco! I'm glad you enjoyed it because I had a lot of fun getting the footage of the Blast! I figured that would be the case with the suspension, it was completely stock and the only adjustment I made was on the rebound. My Burn E was never that bad because I've always had the front preload raised by 2 turns and had the rear lowered by a turn (I followed the Rider Guide suggestion when they first figured it out). Did you find that the dipping returned over time?
Thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel Adam! I’m glad you enjoyed the video because this scooter was a lot of fun to ride. I appreciate your kind words and I’ll do my best to keep making videos y’all can enjoy and I enjoy making! 🙏🏼
Do you have to carry your scooter up stairs, an apartment with an elevator or do you live in a home that has a garage, or just leave it outside locked? Thanks
Thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel Jack! I have an elevator in my building so these larger scooters are pretty easy to bring up into my apartment. At work, I also have a bike room that I use that has 24hour security so I don't really lock it up. When I go into large stores I tend to bring it in with me and security always has me leave it in the front. Since NYC isn't the safest place to leave something this expensive unattended, I only lock up my scooter if I can keep line of sight with it. I also use 3 levels of protection. (NFC from the scooter, a heavyduty krytonite lock/chain, and a brake lock that goes on the brake disc). I generally won't leave it like that for a few minutes and I never leave it unattended for more than a few seconds. I hope this helps!
Thanks for watching and welcome to the channel Spicy ML! I’m glad you enjoyed the video 👊🏼. The Burn E Max is an amazing machine, it’s almost perfect! I just wish it was a little smaller 😅. How have you liked it so far?
Blast off! Hang on Ivan! Lol, great video and looks like alot of fun but, I still love the Burn E2. When i rode that it was over for the other scooters but its just so darn expensive. I was thinking about getting the Burn e2 with the regular battery but kind of scared to as i heard not so good things about it. The one with the max is great too but pricey. Anyways, great ride bro and thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching the video! It's definitely a monstrous 60v scooter, but the Burn E2's ride comfort is just unmatched. It's the perfect combination of power and ride quality. I'm still hoping that your PEV situation settles down soon so that you can finally get back to riding!
@eyebahnrides It looks it. Glad that you enjoyed it and yeah, it's like going through coffee withdrawal for all my coffee drinkers out there. Wanting to ride but can't sucks. I think I'm going to get desperate and get anything just to enjoy the rides!
@@domingoc9721 I feel you man. That’s how it felt when I broke my hand last year and I couldn’t ride for 4 months 🥲. Maybe a sleeper esk8 would work! I’ve seen people get around it with a direct drive esk8 because it doesn’t look like a monster belt drive one 👀
@eyebahnrides Thanks bro but I was looking for something for a long ride. I saw a few ebikes and scooters but I just might get either an emove roadrunner v2 or a heybike Tyson. Not sure still, I wanted something like a Cafe racer style ebike aka super 73 clone but we shall see bro. Thanks for the suggestion though. You are braver than me to ride a estate board lol 😆
Thanks for watching this video and welcome back to the comments section Chase! Im glad you enjoyed the video because it was a lot of fun riding the Blast! 🙏🏼
I have plenty of videos on the original Burn E since I had it for 3 years and over 4000 miles. Technically there is no such thing as a E3 Max. The E3 Max is what Europe calls the Gen 2 of the E2 Max and in my opinion, they shouldn't be doing that. The Burn E2 Max is basically the same machine as the original Burn E. The only reason we have the max version now is because they created a base model called the "E2". Hope this helps!
Ah that legendary Nami acceleration in action! Looks super stable. ps. Have you checked out the Nami Klima One yet? Its there smallest one single motor model.
thanks for watching the video Bill, this thing was freaking incredible! That smooth but brutal acceleration is definitely a signature of theirs, I love the way their controllers are tuned. I would love to see them take this one step higher into the 72v to compete with the Burn E so that we can see a super stable highspeed dragster from them! I've seen the promo video for it. I think they're calling it the Stellar in the US. I haven't been able to get hands on with one but honestly it's going to get really tough to get hands on with products that aren't UL certified in NYC now. Until Nami finally does that, we may not see another Nami first impression on the channel (even though a freaking love their brand and their scooters!)
thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel! I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed it because it was a ton of fun to record this video on the Blast Max! Yup, I'm aware that we can control the rebound on the suspension with the dial. I actually had it on the slowest rebound to maximize stability at speed, so it was going to be stiff. But even when I sped it up a bit, the scooter was still much stiffer than the Burn E and I was totally ok with that since it's for the sake of stability.
@@eyebahnrides Hmm I see, which one would you recommend, (can't afford a Burn-E) the Klima Max or the Blast Max? since the Blast sounds very stiff i'm having second thoughts about it, I'm quite heavy, 220 lbs and I wonder.
Thanks for watching, I appreciate ya! I love the performance tho I'm still not quite sure how I feel about the inverted front swing arm but it definitely worked. I'm hoping that they refine the design over time so that they can turn this one into a hyperscooter competitor to the Weped Cyberfold Dark Knight!
@@eyebahnrides Weped has really missed the mark with their customer service (especially given the price points). With that said, I do have to wonder how much faster these things need to go? With several mass produced e-scooters already breaking 60 mph, do we really want or even need them to go any faster? I get it for bragging rights, but I honestly see nothing good coming out of these things being any faster. It's just asking for death, followed by the legal clamp-down ending the party for everyone. Either way, if Nami wants to build something faster, they really should focus on engineering a much stronger stem to not only reduce failures, but to also improve stability. What I would like all the major players to start doing for the 55mph+ e-scooters, is to start using larger diameter 13" tires along with larger brakes. That would go a long way to improve not only safety, but also comfort. But again, where does it all end? At some point you just have to ask what's the point of something like that as it's no longer small, nimble, transportable, reasonably priced, etc... and a proper motorcycle makes a lot more sense!
@@ssoffshore5111 I agree with you. People in the Nami group with Michael Sha have been clamoring for a standup hyper scooter that does 100+. He said that he was happy with the performance of the current line up and basically said just get a motorcycle if you want more power. There are modifications available for the Burn E/ E2/ E2 Max where I can upgrade to 13inch AT tires. I've been wanting to do it but the whole fire ban issue in my building has that project on hold. I would give up torque and speed in exchange for those more comfy larger tires so that I don't have to worry about shattered rims because of these NYC potholes. Honestly, I agree that the 55-60mph that the Blast/ Burn E hits is enough for a scooter. With how expensive some of these "hyper PEVs" are getting, I'm thinking about getting my M license so I can get a small 150cc scrambler lol. That way I can safely transition into the 70+MPH vehicles!
@@eyebahnrides That conversion sounds interesting, but with the additional rotating mass, I'd also want some better stopping power! 😅 I've had my M license since I was 16 (53 now). I think I've owned just about every toy out there at this point. While I still have a T-Max 500 (big scooter) and a custom chopper, all of the stupid fast bikes are gone and I have no plans to get back on those things. I still ride the T-Max here and there and enjoy it, but I'll be honest and say I have more fun on the PEV's. Once you get into motorcycle license category, the world suddenly gets limited to roads, no more bringing it inside, and the rules of the road get enforced a lot more $trictly. Little scooters are fun and practical, but the same applies for the most part. I think that's one thing I really like about the PEV's, the freedom, plus they are more fun IMO.
@@ssoffshore5111been seeing this weped sst on Facebook marketplace, first guy makes a nice seat for it, too powerful as he said, put it up for sale for $6000, was selling there forever, over 9 months, year passes then I see it again, I know its the same scooter because of the custom seat, the new owner wants $2500, rear motor not working but still goes 52 mph on just the front motor. I can’t even find a controller for the thing. One controller from another country was $1000. No damn was i’d buy one
Very impormative video. I recenty following & subscribed to your channel. I am still undecided for Blast max or Burn-e2 base which to plan to buy? in your opinion, which one will I consider?
thanks for watching the video, I'm glad it was helpful! The Blast Max and the E2 are very different scooters. If you're looking for 40-45mph scooter with a more comfortable riding experience and a much more manageable throttle, the E2 is the better choice for you. If you're looking for a 50+ mph scooter stiffer ride with more instantaneous delivery of power so it's a sportier more aggressive riding experience, the Bast Max is a better option. I would personally choose the E2 if I had to buy a new scooter because I prefer the comfort of the E2. I don't need my scooters to be "crazy" and I rarely use the top end speed. My cruising speed in NYC is around 20-35 mph because anything faster can be dangerous due to the congestion and road conditions. I hope this helps!
@@eyebahnrides thanks a lot for great info on both machine. I will consider this. now I decide to go to burn-e2, but my only concern is the range. what will be the range of that base model on road with normal speed (D/C mode), my weight is 145 lbs. Thanks
Thanks for watching the video, I appreciate it! Yeaaaaaa, the 40ah is massive. I would love to take it on one of those high speed long range commutes to see how it does. The Klima shocked me with the range when I had the 25ah, so I'm curious to see what kind of range I'll get with the Blast!
Wondering how the Blast goes on light to medium trails for a little thrills on dirt. One thing that concerns me is that inverted front swing arm over dips and bumps (EG: rolling over tree roots, etc) Whatever intel you can provide there would be appreciated
Thanks for watching and welcome to the channel Dave! In my opinion, the blast is an amazing road scooter and would make for a not so great offroad scooter. The reason I say this is, like you said, the inverted swing arm. The inverted swing arm was incredible when I hit bumps and potholes at speed because it made it feel like it wasn't there. However, it was really sketchy at lower speeds when I rode the Blast Max on some of the gravel roads that we have here. The way the controller+ motors are tuned along with the suspension, it felt like it was constantly trying to slide out compared to the Burn E. This is probably something that I would've gotten used to if I actually owned the scooter and got to ride it everyday. I still believe that the Burn E, E2, and E2 Max are the best for the light trails and dirt. I don't usually ride in those conditions but one of the group rides I did took us through a trail and the Burn E floated through all the small bumps and felt less sketchy than the Blast Max. I wish I had more experience on trails so that I could give you more info, but I hope this helps!
Thanks for joining us for this overview and first impression of the 60v blast max! I'd love to be able to try the new 72v 60mph blast max 2.0 but we don't have any vendors that carry them in NYC yet. Once they start arriving here, I'll be sure to get a video done on it!
Thanks for watching! Wheel spin isn't necessarily a good thing, it just means that the scooter isn't effectively putting down the power and we're just burning through tires. My Burn E eats front tires if I'm not careful lol. I assume that the Blast Max's new inverted front fork helps put down the power so that it translates into acceleration not wheel spin. Also, I got the blast going before smashing the throttle since I didn't want to waste tires on a scooter that doesn't belong to me lol.
Testing the potholes... :-D I wonder why they did the inverted swing arm together with single-sided ones. Aesthetically looks cool, makes way easy for maintenance but I worry about durability and stress. Weird decision on a performance, big and heavy scooter like the Blast is.
Gotta test the potholes because that's what we're going to be riding on most of the time in NYC lol. The swingarms are beefy as heck and it's going to take alot of force to make those things fail. Michael Sha had a video where they were testing it on a machine under heavy load and simulated road stresses and it was perfectly fine! I do like that it will be easier to get to so I don't have to leave my scooter at the shop everytime we need to do something lol
@@eyebahnrides last time I was at FFR here in Miami I took the time to test the Klima (a lot) and the Blast. I like both, Blast is such a great design, and they were wild with the ideas...
Thank you for watching this video as well! They definitely aren’t cheap but I think it’s well worth it because I’ve had my Burn E for 2 years and 3000 miles and I’ve loved every minute of it! The demo mode was definitely smooth most of the time. But it felt very stiff on the crazy bumpy roads 😅
thanks for joining us for this first impressions video Victor. UL Certification wasn't really a thing yet when this video was created last year. As of July 5th, 2024, Nami Scooters are not UL Certified despite having the option for really high quality batteries on the Max versions and having a great safety record. I believe Michael Sha, the owner, is still in the process of getting the certifications.
Hey. I just subscribed. Curious to know what kind of helmet you’re wearing. I would love to get one like yours with good noise reductions. . Let me know . THANKS!
Thanks for subbing and welcome! The helmet I'm using in the video is the TSG Pass Pro. It's got decent wind reduction for a lighter helmet but it's still quite loud in the helmet despite the visor. The quietest helmet that I own is the Icon Airflite. My two complaints with that helmet are, it's so heavy and its so tight! Hope this helps!
Thanks for watching the video Andrew! The Klima/ Klima Max and the Blast/ Blast Max was announced at the same time earlier this year. They were released in Asia and Europe few months before we received them in the USA.
hello Ivan, do you think that Nami plans to present an improved version of the E2 max, for example as an E3 max or something like that, I'm undecided, since I'm about to buy the E2 max.
Hey Gerardo, thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel! I appreciate ya. This question came up in the Nami Group and Michael Sha (founder of Nami) basically said something along the lines of "they're happy with the performance of the Burn E2 Max as a stand up scooter and don't plan on upgrading it. If we want higher speeds just get a motorcycle lol". However, its also safe to assume that they'll never stop making quality of life improvements and potentially releasing an upgraded version of the E and E2 Max. As an owner of the first generation Burn E (32ah), I didn't feel left out because the E2Max owners got all the quality of life improvements that they learned from us first gen owners lol. I didn't complain about it (like some owners of the Burn E), I eventually bought the upgrades a year later. My apologies if this isn't the response that you were looking for but this is the best I could put together given the information we have as of July 23, 2023. I'm time stamping this because I know someone is going to try and use this in the future and be like "IVAN WAS LYING!!!! THEY RELEASED A BURN E88 THAT FLIES"🤣
@@eyebahnrides hahaha Ivan, thank you very much for your excellent answer and well...I think I agree with you very much with that comment xD I haven't missed any of your videos and the truth is I'm super decided on the purchase I'm going to make...I just wanted to know your opinion on the matter. Thanks and watch out for the bumps Xd
thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel! You're absolutely correct. In the next 2 videos I did with the Blast max, I hit some potholes/bumps at some pretty high speeds and it just absorbed it with out wobbling. It was actually pretty awesome to have that kind of stability!
The inverted front swing arm is a design that should've started as the norm, actually. Weped does this and they have the right idea. Think about it, the c-shape swing arm goes against the bumps and causes the scooter to reduce forward momentum. The reverse swing arm does the opposite. More stability n control for imperfect roads at high speeds.
Thanks for watching the video and welcome back to the comments section John! I agree with you that it should be the norm nowadays because it makes sense from a performance standpoint. However, I’m still not sure how I feel about it from a visual standpoint 😅. I don’t hate it but I don’t love it. I’m literally in the middle lol. It could be that my eyes and brain are so used to the C-shape that everything looks funky 🤔
Here in Australia they just released the 2023 version of the Burn-e max as a 30 AH ..so it makes the 40 AH Blast look good but o won't be getting one as i have the 40AH Burn-e..👍
@@eyebahnrides(Bike scooter city ) is the importer here in Australia ..They do have available the 40AH version but it's the 2022 model but the 2023 model is only 30AH...!
Ivan, I currently use a 2nd gen ninebot max g30lp. Do you think the Nami Klima max would be a nice upgrade without breaking the bank. I would wanna cruise at like 30 miles an hour an still have a usable 50 to 60 km range. Can the Klima Max do that? I weight about 165lbs. Where I live, occasionally we have some relatively light hills. Thanks
Thanks for watching this video as well Deen! I'm huge fan of the Klima Max and I think it would make an amazing upgrade from the Ninebot Max. It has plenty of power to keep you cruising around 30mph while still having that higher ceiling just incase you need it. Check out my video's on the Nami Klima (I did a first Impression here ua-cam.com/video/RYR54XMJPhM/v-deo.html and i did a long range high speed city commute here ua-cam.com/video/kPP0DZRMJA0/v-deo.html). If you read through the comment section, people also shared their experience owning the scooter. Based on my experience with it, I believe it will be plenty for what you're looking! I hope this helps!
Thanks for joining us for this overview video! I ride the Namis in light snow. It can get. Really sketchy on city streets so I keep it to a minimum. I think if it were less congested, I may ride in slightly heavier snow
hello at the moment I got a regular 20mph scooter, I'm planning to upgrade from Nami . do you think the Klima would satisfy me or should I go all the way up to the burn e?
Thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel! Coming from 20mph scooter, I believe both the Klima or the Burn E would be great options. It would really depend on 2 things. Your use case and your desire for speed. If you have the space and you know you're going to want more performance, get the Burn E. Folks don't realize how big the Burn E is and how quick it is. It's an amazing scooter but generally overkill for most users. However, I would recommend getting the Klima if you want something with a smaller foot print for storage and something more nimble for city riding. I will say, now that I own a Klima Max I get less dirty looks from my angry PEV hating neighbors than the Burn E because it's much less intimidating. The top speed I've gotten on the Klima Max is 43mph at 200+ lb and that's plenty for me. I hope this helps!
Thanks for the help! Btw love your videos. I think ill go with a klima max. Should be enough for me, and compared to what i have now, it will be a huge performance jump .
I got super close to picking up a second hand nami burn e2 max, test rode it and it was just too big and too powerful. I ended up getting a surron instead. With that said, i plan i picking up the nami klima.... the size and power seem more usable for me.
Thanks for watching the video, and congrats on the Surron! That’s got some pretty crazy low end torque as well even stock. The Klima would make a great compliment to the surron 👍🏼. It’s compact, nimble, comfortable, and it’s quick as hell too.
Thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel! It definitely won't fit in the trunk/boot unless you have a hatchback. Because of the swingarm design in the front, it's as long as the Burn-E with a steering damper. That barely fits in the backseat of my compact sedan!
Thanks for watching the video Seyed, I appreciate ya. In my opinion the Blast and the Klima don't need steering dampers. The blast especially because it felt extremely stable at 50+ mph, even when decelerating aggressively.
thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel David! To be honest, if you've neve ridden the Burn E, I don't think that you'll be able to tell. I'm not aware of the exact specifications but the decks feel the same, I think it's just the shape of the front end and the shape of the back that makes the Burn E feel longer. In my opinion, the deck is spacious and you won't be disappointed
I had a scooter with longer deck (wider foot stance). Then I got the Blast Max. At first I felt uncomfortable as my rear foot would always be on the rear foot rest (which is a bit too high imo). After couple of weeks riding I finally understood the design of the foot rest. It's for when you go accelrate hard on C or X mode. I would bend my front knee and push myself forward with my rear foot on the footrest to keep weight in front and avoid wheel slip. The shorter deck length also helps keep the rider closer to front. Overall, I still prefer the longer deck for long rides. The Blast deck can be tiring on the legs unless you know how to switch foot positions during ride ( switch from side by side to one front one rear foot)
FFR Brooklyn was kind enough to let me record my test ride of the scooter. I've been considering downsizing from my Burn E so the Klima Max and Blast Max are both under consideration. I believe they'll eventually list them for sale once they secure the first batch.
Thanks for joining us for this Overview and welcome to the channel! I don’t think the battery option will affect reliability. Performance and range will be affected along with the charge cycles. After owning 2 Namis and riding them for thousands of miles, I can say that reliability will come down to proper maintenance. I hope this helps!
I believe they went 60v because they wanted the Burn E/ E2 and E2 max to retain its flagship product status. Also, it was probably done to keep the price lower. Honestly, even as a 60v it torches some of its 72v competitors
@@eyebahnridesI’m not sure you know but the Klimas controller is capable of running 72v. Thought I’d mention it as I know you’re considering a blast or Klima. This information came straight from Michael sha 👍
@@MrDJLeeEThanks for the info. I remember seeing it in the forums but that would mean a battery swap for these guys and that would be another astronomical purchase lol. I would probably just keep everything stock like I did with the Burn E
Think the Blast might be in a tough price point. Why not just go 72v? King of the 60v, no doubt. Thing is a beast. Great video as always, bro. Be safe.
Thanks for watching Terry. Yea, its an absolute monster for a 60v scooter. I was surprised by how crazy it was. I think @unloveableandre is correct that 72v would've increased the price by quite a bit. Also, I think that they didn't want the Blast to encroach on the Burn E. It seems that they wanted to step people up gradually from the Klima to the Klima Max to the Burn E2/ Blast to the Blast Max then finally the Burn E2 Max
love the Namis in general ( PRE- NFC ) when NFC models came thats when many problems occur , in fact i genuinely HATE NFC models , Michael Sha took away the iconic Knight Rider signal light effect just for the new UGLY rear light? its STUUUPID let him know personally that Eyebahn
Thanks for watching the video Elliot! I don't really have much interaction with Michael outside of the parts that I ordered with him but if I ever get a chance to chat with him I'll definitely let him know. I hate the new tail lights as well and I don't like that the side LEDs were basically killed off. I personally don't mind the NFC as I've never encountered any issues with them, but I get that it's a pain in the ass folks run into any issues with them!
Thanks for watching and welcome to the Channel! Based on my experience with the Nami line up and years/thousands of miles on my Burn E, Nami’s displays are some of the most accurate. If it’s off, it’s +-1 or 2 mph. So the top speed of the Blast max is around 51-55mph which is right around their stated 80kph or 50mph.
Thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel! Easy for me. Though I do like the highspeed stability of the Blast and it's unique design, I prefer the Burn E. I think it strikes the perfect balance of comfort, performance, and power delivery!

@@eyebahnrides I agree, I enjoy watching the rides in the city! I do drive into NYC from time to time, but it's another world ripping around the city on a PEV. Partly fun, partly practical, an adrenaline rush, and completely nuts if you think about it! 🤣

What a blast that was
Thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel! 😂😂 I'm glad I wasnt the only one who was like "its a blast" LMAO
@@eyebahnrides if Michael Sha decide to go the hyper route that’ll be a game changer in the PEV community. When will the Blast be available at FFR?
I wished I could design scooters for a company. Guess I just have to start making them? Almost done with the prototype. 27,500 really real watts . Not the bull the others claim, but don't deliver. 89+mph. 80ah @86.5v 320amp total output or 400amp super scooter but that's not why it's so cool!

Thanks for watching this video Ralph, I appreciate ya! I'm glad you enjoyed it because, this scooter was crazy fun to ride
Dang that thing rips! Okay, I recognize your speed run location now! 😆 Good stuff as usual Ivan!
Thanks for watching Erock! It's an absolute monster, but much easier to get used to than the Burn E that I have because of the stability from the inverted swing arm. Yup, that's my little test area because the roads are relatively open and straight.
If Iban says its quick? I believe him!
thanks man, it's definitely quick for 60v prebuilt scooter!
17:00 Well, that's me. I have a 22-25mph no suspension scooter and I am leaning towards the Klima line
Great Choice. The Klima, would be a great upgrade and an easier transition from the 22+ mph no suspension scooters.
Damn these things are so quick. For a second I thought you were going to get on the highway and ride the lightning!
I forget how brutally quick they are. Even after putting thousands of miles on scooters, I still get shocked 😅. Hahaha maybe one day I’ll pull a hooligan and lane split on that highway 🫡
@@eyebahnrides dangerous game! The torque really blows my mind on these. Seeing even you get stunned by it really had me shook
me too! hahaha
Great video keep up the great work
Thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel Adam!
Nice Honest Review, on point! i'm using Burn e Max!

@eyebahnrides Thanks bro but I was looking for something for a long ride. I saw a few ebikes and scooters but I just might get either an emove roadrunner v2 or a heybike Tyson. Do a video on the Nami Burn e3 max
I love to see the truck 😁 when you ride ahah I’m fan
thanks for watching and welcome to the channel!
@@eyebahnrides ah ok!
That scooter got sent !!
thats what you gotta do with scooters like this lol
@eyebahnrides love the videos man! Something to do that is highly adventurous/ explorita.tive in a big city 'ol city!
Great vid! is it stiffer than the Burn-E?
also i know you can twist a red knob on the suspension to make it softer anyway, right?
thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel!
Could you please answer?
I can't say the front suspension (or price) looks all that attractive, but it looks like they found their much needed higher speed stability.
I've had my M license since I was 16 (53 now).
Thanks
40AH for the max verison, that is huge!
Salut,
Il y a une nouvelle Blast 2.0.
Tu peux faire une video , merci.
Et beau travail pour ta chaîne
Thanks for joining us for this overview and first impression of the 60v blast max! I'd love to be able to try the new 72v 60mph blast max 2.0 but we don't have any vendors that carry them in NYC yet. Once they start arriving here, I'll be sure to get a video done on it!
No wheel spin on x mode and turbo 😢😮 my little klima got 2-3 sec wheel spin on the front wheel but dont see some on the blast
Nami make very good machine but the problem is the price. Your ride model feel very smooooth. Nice !
You get what you paid for. Quality.
@eyebahnrides Yep it's all worth the price. Nami is quality built and a lot of effort has been implemented into the vehicle. Buy once not twice.
actually they are cheaper compared to dualtron & weped with the same quality & performance
Is the battery on any of the Nami scooters ul listed?
thanks for joining us for this first impressions video Victor.
Can't wait for Micheal Sha to design a dual stem Nami.
Thanks for watching this video as well! We’ve seen him mess around with some dual stem builds so maybe we’ll see it one day! 🙏🏼
I know the Klima is the new one, very recently unveiled, and the Burn-E is being around for ages. When was the Blast revealed?
Thanks for watching the video Andrew! The Klima/ Klima Max and the Blast/ Blast Max was announced at the same time earlier this year. They were released in Asia and Europe few months before we received them in the USA.
@@eyebahnrides perfect! Now it makes sense. Now I need to watch some reviews on the Blast, just in case.
hello Ivan, do you think that Nami plans to present an improved version of the E2 max, for example as an E3 max or something like that, I'm undecided, since I'm about to buy the E2 max.
@@eyebahnrides hahaha Ivan, thank you very much for your excellent answer and well...I think I agree with you very much with that comment xD
I haven't missed any of your videos and the truth is I'm super decided on the purchase I'm going to make...I just wanted to know your opinion on the matter.
Thanks and watch out for the bumps Xd
According to Nami front fork is better absorbing than rear fork just like Segway GT2 front fork suspension.
thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel!
Hey Steven, thanks for letting us know! Did they releasee that as a E2Max Lite or something? I'm just curious. That 40ah is a beast!
I hope this helps!
could you ride your nami burn e 2max in the snow?
Thanks for joining us for this overview video! I ride the Namis in light snow. It can get. Really sketchy on city streets so I keep it to a minimum. I think if it were less congested, I may ride in slightly heavier snow
hello
at the moment I got a regular 20mph scooter, I'm planning to upgrade from Nami . do you think the Klima would satisfy me or should I go all the way up
to the burn e?
The inverted is why it kneels when braking.
thats what I figured. In the long range video, I didn't notice it as much!
@@eyebahnrideswith the invented forks kneeling forward when I brake. Would it be good to adjust the spring or the red button adjustment
What’s the weight on the blast?
Thanks for watching the video Henry! The blast is 46kg or a little over 100lbs.
can the Blast Max fit in a sedan compartment?
Thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel! It definitely won't fit in the trunk/boot unless you have a hatchback. Because of the swingarm design in the front, it's as long as the Burn-E with a steering damper. That barely fits in the backseat of my compact sedan!
@@eyebahnrides how stiff does the suspension of the blast compare to burn e or klima? is the difference big? how about compare to kaabo wolf?
Is it stable at high speeds without steering damper?
Thanks for watching the video Seyed, I appreciate ya. In my opinion the Blast and the Klima don't need steering dampers. The blast especially because it felt extremely stable at 50+ mph, even when decelerating aggressively.
I like a longer deck myself. Would I be disappointed with this?
thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel David!
Nami Burn E 2 or Blast Max? They’re very similar in price
blast max for the change of pace. I'd rather own the E2 max than the E2
@@eyebahnrides I think I saw your other video you said you would probably pick the E2 over the E2 Max because it was more comfortable
Where did you buy this from? I think fluidfreeride at some point gonna sell this scooter.
FFR Brooklyn was kind enough to let me record my test ride of the scooter. I've been considering downsizing from my Burn E so the Klima Max and Blast Max are both under consideration. I believe they'll eventually list them for sale once they secure the first batch.
💯‼️💙
Thanks for watching this one as well David!

I dont know why this scooter is a 60 volt shouldnt it have been a 72 volt?
Be safe.
Maybe because 72V would increase the price too much?
I personally don't mind the NFC as I've never encountered any issues with them, but I get that it's a pain in the ass folks run into any issues with them!
test with gps not the display. its probably not reaching 53 mph
Burn E Max or Blast Max? you can only pick one ! lol
Thanks for watching the video and welcome to the channel! Easy for me. Though I do like the highspeed stability of the Blast and it's unique design, I prefer the Burn E. I think it strikes the perfect balance of comfort, performance, and power delivery!
@@eyebahnrides when you say you prefer the burn e ...do mean the bun e ? or burn e max??
@@jdmran the original 35ah Burn E that I have. It would be equivalent to the Burn E2 Max
